This privately owned apartment is located in the Oceanside Resort at 3 Maunganui Rd, right at the base of Mauao, with the hot pools & surfclub directly across the road & within a minutes walk of both the ocean & the harbour, cafes & restaurants.
The complex also has a swimming pool & a spa & the apartment looks out over the tranquil gardens, so it’s peaceful & quiet.
The apartment is furnished in a French country style with a seperate bedroom that has a super king bed & bathroom. A trundle bed is available on request

Perfect

Had a 4 night stay here - great location. Very clean and tidy, had everything we needed. Good communication from host and property manager. Would definitely stay again .

Ideal Location

Ideal location for access to the mountain, Pilot Bay and the main beach alongside eateries. Easy access to the apartment complex facilities. Enjoyed some rest and relaxation in a tidy, well decorated property. Thanks for the stay, will certainly keep it in mind when looking for a place to stay while in the area.

Comfortable Central Location

Beach break at Mt Manganui was exactly what my wife and I expected. Check in and out was a breeze. The location is close to the beach for surfing, the Mount for hiking, and many places to eat within reasonable walking distance. The bed is very comfortable. The kitchen had everything we wanted. Also, my wife got to sleep-in while I woke up early and was able to read in the front room. Definitely work booking if you want a nice quiet place in Mt Manganui.

Relaxing

Loved the place had everything we needed 🥰 location is perfect, so close to shops, bars, and the mount is right outside the gate. Highly recommend

upgraded

We were upgraded so didn't stay in this property but another one that was more suited to three people - so the property manager was very thoughtful in regards to this. The apartment we stayed in was immaculate and the sign-in process was super easy. Highly recommend this person who looks after bookings for apartments.

Great apartment in awesome location

Great apartment in absolutely wonderful location, we loved our morning walks around the Mount with the stunning views. There are so many cafes, bars and shops within easy walking distance too. Shelley was a pleasure to deal with, we would definitely stay again.

Fantastic beach location

Lovely apartment across from beautiful beach with cafes and harbour nearby. Safe underground parking, free laundry. Some renovations in the next building but didn't bother us. Kitchen was well equipped (a large pot for pasta would be helpful) and plenty of glassware and dishes. Would definitely come again. Thanks for a great 2 weeks.
