Tucked away at the edge of downtown near the water, The spacious loft of the Carriage House overlooks the Seneca River and Trinity Chapel.

An old Carriage House with the original stairs. Eight steps to the landing and eight steps to the loft door.

Walk to dinner and enjoy a leisurely stroll back to relax on the porch.

Take a morning stroll along the river with your cup of coffee. Or, pick up a cup downtown or Cafe IXX(across the river). You'll need to drive for Dunkin Donuts, 3/4 mile.

Watch the sun rise from the porch or dining table.

Whether a personal retreat, gals/guys weekend, couple's get-a-way or family vacation, a GREAT PLACE TO LAND after a day of fun.

We visit the FLX region often but this trip was quick because we were just passing through on our way home to Ohio from a vacation in Maine. The space itself felt very cozy but not cramped at all. Every detail was well thought out. We had everything we needed and wished we had more than two nights to enjoy it . We enjoyed our short stay and had fun exploring the town of Seneca Falls! It was a good location for exploring the area. We started our day with breakfast at Bees, drove to Montezuma Wildlife refuge, made a day and went to a couple of or favorite wineries, got Dumplings from San's Dumplings, came back and explored the town, and got carry out from Parker's for dinner! We will definitely return!

Excellent Stay – Highly Recommended!We had a wonderful stay at this property and couldn't have been happier with our experience. The home was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, well-maintained, and equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. The location was excellent, with convenient access to local attractions, restaurants, and activities.The host was responsive, professional, and made the entire process seamless from check-in to check-out. We especially appreciated the attention to detail and the care taken to ensure guests feel welcome.We traveled as a family of 3 and found the property to be spacious, comfortable, and perfect for our needs. We would not hesitate to stay here again and would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a great vacation rental. Five stars across the board!

Ideal location that is walkable to Main St. attractions and canal visible from apartment. Kitchen was well supplied and communication was prompt. Would stay again if in the area.

Our favorite place in the Finger Lakes

This is our favorite place to stay in the Finger Lakes. The location is great, the property is well-maintained and has everything we need/want, and the host is accommodating and helpful.

We've stay in many VRBO homes. This was one of our favorites. Extremely clean. Kitchen and bath fully stocked with all necessities. Easy walk to restaurants. Look forward to a second stay.

Staying in Seneca Falls doesn't getter better than here. The carriage house is conveniently located steps away from downtown, extremely clean, and the owners have thought of everything you might need. Visiting in the summer, despite being hot outside and the unit is upstairs, the place was delightfully cool. I reached out to the owners regarding a request and they were quick to respond and very gracious. The only drawback is the stairs to get to the loft. As the parent of someone in a wheelchair, I would not expect them in an old building but wouldn't want others surprised. Book 3's a Charm; it will make your time in Seneca Falls that much more enjoyable!

We have stayed here twice before, and it is definitely our "go to" in the area of Seneca Falls. The hosts are great and immediately address any issues. Unfortunately, we encountered a serious problem on this third stay that was beyond the control of the hosts: the city had shut off the water when we arrived due to a break in a water main. The city notified everyone that we would have to boil all water for several days, and the water could be contaminated for washing dishes or taking showers.The hosts graciously agreed to refund our payment as we headed to a nearby hotel. We plan to return next year because the price, location, and amenities are perfect for our visits.

Great location

We really enjoyed our week at 3's A Charm, great location, clean and fully stocked with everything you could need. Perfect to walk to restaurants and museums. Short drive to Cayuga and Seneca Lakes. We will stay here next time we visit the Finger Lakes.

Nice stay

Family of 4 from TN. We had a very nice stay. Walking distance to museum and dinning. Short drive to the most beautiful hikes and waterfalls.
