Location & Safety

Scenic River Setting: Enjoy the peaceful views of the Waikato River right from your doorstep. Please note that swimming in the river is not recommended due to strong currents, and mooring boats is not always permitted.

Family Safety Note: Because the property features internal stairs, an upstairs balcony, and direct access to the river's edge, it is not suitable for toddlers or very small children. Continuous supervision is required.

Please note: This is a loved, established family holiday home. While it offers an incredible location and heaps of space, it is a well-traveled property rather than a brand-new luxury build.

Convenient Base: Just a short drive into the Taupo town centre for cafes, shopping, and activities.
