Beautiful house in a peaceful location 15 minutes’ drive from Uzès. Everything was as described and as shown in the photos and was ideal for a family of five, including three teenagers. The countryside around Vallabrix is beautiful and surprisingly quiet, even in August. Vèronique was the perfect host. Highly recommended

Once again we enjoyed staying in the house.

Everything worked very well in this beautiful house. The kitchen is superb; the living room very roomy. The big terrace very nice with several sitting- and eating areas. Veronique and her family are always helpful. We enjoyed staying there.

Lovely holiday

We had a lovely family holiday in Veronique’s house. The house, garden, pool and views were spectacular! Also a very easy drive to Uzes and beautiful villages in the area. Veronique is a warm and welcoming host, and made us feel immediately at home.

We had a wonderful stay at Vallabrix. The house is perfectly maintained and very well equipped, everything is very clean and Véro is a wonderful and caring host who really wants to make it a great experience for her guests. Check-in and check-out were very easy, the pool and several places to rest and sit are great and the living room is spacious and has a lot of light. Uzès is known to be a nice place but also Saint-Quentin-la-Poterie tuned out to be lovely. We can only recommed the house and are thankful for a great stay together with our parents and girls. This is not a typical holiday house…. It is a beautiful home that has everything you could ever need for a wonderful holiday in a stunning part of France. Its proximity to the local village, St Quentin la Poterie means that everyday needs are catered for as well as lovely cafes and the famous pottery studios. The house itself is clean, incredibly well stocked and the layout is perfect for a family or even 2 couples. The terrace with 2 outdoor dining areas means that you can have breakfast in the sun and dine in the evening in the shade. The gardens are completely private and not overlooked at all. The pool is gated, if you have little ones… and very welcoming in the sun.We cannot recommend this holiday destination enough…. So much so, we are returning next year. From the warm welcome from the owners to a sad goodbye, this is a perfect retreat from the word.David and Jane

Excellent house

Once again, we enjoyed the peaceful and relaxing qualities of this property and the surrounding towns of Uzès and Saint-Quentin-la-Poterie. Great kitchen, wonderful gathering areas both inside and outside the house, and at the pool. The host, Véronique, is extremely responsive and gracious. For us it's a great place for a summer vacation.

highly recommended

we, a group of four, had a great time at Véroniques place. everything was as advertised and what he hoped for, the house is lovely and contains everything you need. the area is very quiet, the only noise was the dog next door howling at the full moon :-) Véronique and her husband were very nice and uncomplicated hosts. I can only recommend this place.

First class vacation home with a view.

My family and I love our annual two weeks of vacation at this beautiful house in Vallabrix. We have space to be together, to be private, to be swimming in the pool and to be enjoying the beautiful garden. The house has everything we need: wonderful living and dining rooms, very comfortable and cool bedrooms, top notch bathrooms and a kitchen that has everything you need for the preparation of your meals. Our host is very helpful, caring, responsive and very patient. For all these reasons we already now look forward to our stay next year.

Wij hebben een geweldige vakantie gehad in het heerlijke ruime huis. het was heel schoon precies zo als op de foto's qua ruimte en een heerlijk zwembad in de tuin. communicatie met de verhuurster was top heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Nogmaals dikke 10!

Tolle und sehr liebe, kinderfreundliche Gastgeber. Unsere Enkelkinder hatten sich sehr über das viele Spielzeug gefreut.Wir (5 Erwachsene, 2 Kinder) hatten einen wirklich erholsamen Urlaub in diesem tollen Haus. Das Haus ist ruhig gelegen und trotzdem erreicht man mit dem Auto schnell einen kleinen Supermarkt, Bäckereien in Pizzerien im direkten Nachbarort. Die Schlafzimmer waren alle klimatisiert, sehr bequeme Betten mit guten Matratzen, Moskitonetze an allen Fenstern, die Ausstattung ist sehr gut und mehr als ausreichend. Höhepunkt für die Familie war natürlich der grosse und sehr schöne Pool. Es gibt viel schattigen Platz mit mehreren Tischen und Stühlen auf den Terrassen sowie bequeme, große Loungemöbel.Wir waren Anfang Juli zu Gast während sehr trockenem und heißem Wetter. Der einzige Verbesserungspunkt aus unserer Sicht ist die fehlende Klimatisierung im Erdgeschoss (Küche, Wohn- und Esszimmer). Aber sonst war es wirklich perfekt und wir können uns nur bei Veronique und Daniele bedanken, dass wir ihre Gäste sein durften.

Geweldig verblijf. We waren wat vroeger bij het huis en mochten ook sneller inchecken. Het contact met Veronique verliep zeer vlot!We verbleven er een week. 4 volwassenen en 1 kind van 3j. Er was aan alles gedacht!- zeer uitgeruste keuken- veeeeel speelgoed voor kinderen van alle leeftijden - garage om onze elektrische fietsen te stallen- in en om het huis hekjes, veilig voor kleine kinderen!!- airco in de kamers- zalig zwembad, voldoende ligzetels- veel plekjes om fijn te vertoeven in en rond het huis- …In de buurt kan je heel mooie fietstochten maken!Uzès, Saint Content de Potterie,… hele leuke plekjes om te bezoeken!In Vallabrix zelf: charmant dorpje, maar geen winkels (bakker/slager). Wij ontdekten “Bar Abrix”. Leuk café/resto! Niet elke dag open!Een echte aanrader dit huis en deze streek!Veronique, jij en je huis verdienen

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié nos vacances ici. L'accueil chaleureux de la propriétaire et de son mari nous a fait beaucoup de bien. Il n'y avait aucune différence avec la description et la propreté était exceptionnelle. La vue de la terrasse vers la "skyline" d'Uzès est certainement unique.Nous ne pouvons que dire merci.A. Séjour au repos

Nous avons adoré notre séjour dans la maison de Véronique et de Daniel. Elle se trouve au calme au bord d‘un petit village, la nuit on entend juste le hibou. En ouvrant les volets le matin, vue sur le paysage grâce à l‘emplacement sur une petite colline. La piscine est très agréable, il y a le soleil toute la journée. La cuisine est très bien équipée ce qui nous a permis de préparer des repas avec les légumes, fromages…achetés sur les marchés à proximité. Uzès, Quentin la Poterie, Nîmes, Arles, même Montpellier sont joignables pour des visites d‘une journée. Accueil chaleureux par Véronique. Nos enfants ont pû jouer au foot et au basket au terrain à proximuté de la maison. Bref: vacances parfaites et maison à recommander!

Maison idéale pour de belles vacances !

Maison très agréable, spacieuse, pleine de charme et très bien équipée pour passer un séjour de rêve. Les propriétaires sont charmants, disponibles, et très accueillants. Nous avons eu une très belle semaine, chaude et ensoleillée, et nos petits enfants ont donc pu longuement profiter de la piscine. Nous reviendrons très probablement. Merci a Véronique et Daniel
