Amazing stay!
This is an amazing place to stay, and I highly recommend coming for a visit. My husband and I were looking for a quiet place to stay, away from the bustle of the typical tourist areas, and Ocean View was spectacular. There are beautiful views of the ocean from the upper balcony, perfect for watching the sun rise over the sea. We both worked during our stay and the wifi had plenty of bandwidth, so for those considering a "workcation" Ocean View is ideal. It is a working farm, so do expect to hear farm animals through the day; though a midday coffee break to feed the ducks and pet the goats is a fantastic way to break up the workday! Renting a car is recommended for sightseeing or shopping. The beach is accessible at low tide and is a 20 minute hike down the cliff, with a large shallow area for swimming. Constant sea breezes kept us cool and kept the insects away all at once! Delia is an excellent hostess, always available if needed but respectful of privacy. We stayed for a month and wished we could have stayed longer. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Ocean View Retreat, and look forward to visiting again!
