Gorgeous TOP Floor - Oceanfront Luxury Condo with Garage and Elevator!

Guests are sure to enjoy a memorable vacation in this completely renovated and luxurious fully furnished, 3rd (top) floor, 3 bedroom/2 bath condo with elevator in building. Watch the ocean waves from the master "Sea Dolphins" suite king-sized bed. The "Nautical Room" has a king bed and the "Mermaid Room" has 2 twin size beds. All of the bedding & mattresses are new and this condo is comfortable for sleeping 6 people. The living room is furnished with high speed WIFI and cable TV with DVD player. The kitchen is perfect for cooking and is equipped with all NEW appliances, fully stocked with cookware and has a reverse osmosis water faucet. This condo has its own Rain Soft whole house water filter system. There is a beach access beside the building and enjoy two outdoor community pools and tennis/pickle ball court. Situated with front beach/ocean views and back marsh/Intracoastal views, guests can enjoy an afternoon of bird watching, beach combing and water sports. Convenient to shopping, dining, spa, golf, nightlife, boating, fishing, water activities & bike rentals. A short drive to area amusement parks, you can get out and enjoy the local activities or stay in to relax and enjoy the peaceful views. There is plenty of bird watching with flocks of pelicans daily. Watch the ocean waves closely to see pods of dolphins coming up for air while catching their morning or evening meals. Early risers can see the sunrise over the ocean from the balcony and don't miss the gorgeous sunset views over the marsh from the west side (entry) of the condo. Included is a covered parking space where there is a private garage that will fit one additional car and extra storage of beach items. Plus, one additional guest parking pass. If you use the garage you can park a total of 3 cars. There's also a dedicated storage closet near the garage for convenient access to your beach chairs & sand toys.
The 60 days cancellation policy will be waived in case of a Named Storm . A full refund will be made for booked or unused nights.

Had a great visit celebrating my daughter’s graduation from UNCW. Loved the location and views of the ocean. Kitchen was well stocked with supplies, utensils and cookware. Will look to stay here again sometime.

We were return renters, having stayed in this unit in July, 2024. As a party of six, we like having six chairs on the deck and six places to sit in the living room and at the dining room table.The two king sized beds are a plus. The walk to the beach is much simpler with fewer codes. For us, it is the perfect space for three generations; two grandparents, two parents, and two adult ( over 18) children

Our stay at this property was very nice. Beautiful ocean views. Very clean and well appointed condo. The owners, Jim and Peggy, are so nice and went out of their way to make sure we were having a great time. As first time visitors to Wilmington, Jim and Peggy, offered very helpful suggestions on things to do and places to eat. Great folks! Great condo!

Jim and Peggy are absolutely delightful and extremely knowledgeable about the Wrightsville Beach area. From the moment we confirmed our cooking, Jim reached out with additional details including wonderful restaurant recommendations. They are meticulous with their organization in the condo and have everything you could possibly need for a fabulous beach vacation - including beach chairs and umbrellas, toys for kids, etc. We will definitely return to enjoy their beautiful condo!

Another perfect stay at Jim & Peggy's beautiful beach condo. The condo is nicely decorated and is very comfortable. Beautiful view and all of the amenities we needed. We highly recommend this wonderful beachfront rental!!

We had a wonderful vacation at the condo, and Jim was an incredible host. The condo was the perfect accommodations for our family, beautiful ocean views, and couldn't be much closer to the beach. Wonderful family vacation

What a beautiful condo! Spacious, welcoming, well-appointed, and with gorgeous oceanfront views. Our family has been vacationing in Wrightsville Beach for years, and this is our new favorite place to stay.

We love to meet our guests and offer a personalized check in experience if desired. We have many repeat guests who have fallen in love with "Sea Dolphins" and have become life-long friends.

If you're looking for a luxury, ocean front vacation experience with resort-style amenities, this is your perfect place to play and relax. We often see dolphins in the surf from the balcony or beach. Pelicans, seagulls and other sea birds are always flying by and bring the coast to life. This quiet section of the beach is away from the public access. With no building behind, you have lovely sunset views over the marsh and sunrise views over the Atlantic ocean. There's a convenient elevator to this 3rd floor (top) unit with vaulted ceilings in the living/dining areas and master bedroom. Highest quality beds & bedding with mattress toppers for extreme comfort. All mattresses & pillows have waterproof & bug proof covers. You can park or store items in the garage plus covered parking for 2 cars. We provide beach chairs and beach toys for your use. There is a keyless lock for easy come & go with no keys to keep up with.
