Clean but needs some updating

The room was clean and that was the best part. The building is old and needs some updating like some new furniture and new ac system. I was uncomfortable sitting on the couch because it looked unsanitary and needs some upholstery or just a new one as well as the dining room table. The room was hot the whole visit which made it feel stuffy and hard to sleep at night.

The place was clean and as advertised, with the high floor it made it look like you would be staying right on the beach!
