The main/master bedroom has a queen-sized bed comfortable for sleeping 2 people.Living room has couch with double memory foam pull out bed. The bedroom also has a large built in closet with plenty of space! The cozy open concept, clean and bright living room is furnished with leather sofa and another full size sofa(hide a bed) The quaint kitchen is perfect for dining as it is equipped with all appliances needed for your stay .
In suite Frigidaire energy efficient washer and dryer provided for your laundry needs.

Situated downtown Pentiction - 10 min walk to the lake! Free tennis courts and running track right up the street. Farmers market one block away and downtown shopping and restaurants all within in 5 min walk! cable/Internet and parking included.

Amazing spot for a stay in beautiful Penticton

extended weekend visiting family

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and Mike and Mary are exceptional hosts! The proximity to downtown ammenities is great, and yet the location is quiet when you need it to be. Next time we are in Penticton, we will stay here.

A perfect, cozy spot, located close to everything you need!

The suite was very tastefully decorated, clean, inviting and comfortable. It was stocked with everything you could need. I would definitely stay here again when visiting Penticton.

The property was very close to downtown & shopping areas. Great location for a home base around the Penticton/ Kelowna areas for tasting the phenomenal regional wines!

Perfect location, comfortable and clean stay

We stayed at this location for 4 nights for a sporting event that was held at the lake. The proximity to the lake and other surrounding restaurants & bars was superb. Our hosts were very accommodating to our needs and helped where they can. I would recommend staying here.

Great place to stay!

Cozy one bedroom basement suite located on a quiet street but close to a main thoroughfare. Hosts were great, respected our privacy but were quick to help when we asked.

Great location and super suite

You are right near everything Penticton has to offer. I walked everywhere but there is free parking available. The suite is well stocked with everything you need for your stay. Mike and Mary were very helpful hosts, with easy check in and out and quickly sorted a couple of minor issues. The suite is exactly as shown in the photos, with comfy seating, a small kitchenette and dining table for 4 people. I will be back!

Nice, modern suite in a walkable location with several excellent food options nearby. Hosts are accommodating and are quick to respond to questions. Would stay here again.

We stayed for 3 nights, the place was perfect! We were able to cook our own meals, easy 10 min walk to the beach and many other shops. Neighborhood was very quiet as well.
