This recently built home is in a prime location and steps from Dock Square – short distance to the beach, restaurants and shops. Bufflehead Cove Road is located off of Rt. 35, Lower Village and the house is approximately 100 yards in off of Rt. 35. The home has been professionally decorated with four bedrooms, three baths, a large open concept living room with a state-of-the-art kitchen, stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops with breakfast area and dining area, flat screen TV’s, sonos sound system, hardwood floors throughout, and a mudroom entrance, deck and fire pit with adirondack chairs over looking a pond.
The four bedroom house sleeps 8: the second floor has a master suite with a King bed and separate bath with duel head shower and soaking tub. Additional bedrooms: two with a queen beds and one with Twin beds. There is also a washer/dryer in one bathroom. Flat screens tv and high speed wireless internet throughout.
Parking passes for Kennebunk beach are also provided as well beach chairs.

Fall Weekend in Maine

4 couples all in our 50’s have been staying in Keenebunkport for a long weekend in October for 5 years now. This was our second year in the same house. The house has a great open floor plan that allows us to spend time together. We also loved using the gas firepit in the evening which allowed for terrific conversation and kept us warm in the cool October evenings. The house has the private settting but still is close enough to walk downtown or to the public beach both of which we did. Overall a terrific weekend!

Immaculate, Clean, & Conveniently Located

This property is just perfect in every way. The attention to detail from the furnishings to the well stocked kitchen and all the nice touches the owners have provided, makes this an amazing place to stay. This property is extremely clean and very well maintained. It is located within walking distance to shops and eating establishments but also tucked away down a private street with tons of privacy. Don’t miss the beautiful artwork on the walls from the owner. Simply stunning. We can’t wait to return!

Mattress Warning

Yes, it is a beautiful home with everything you could need but a good nights sleep. Be aware the mattresses in all rooms fall short of minimum standards. Considering the nightly cost of this rental the mattresses should be of the highest quality but far from it. Even the twin beds that my adult brother used were poor at best. Not only were the king/queen mattresses so hard that they creaked with every move(sounds like rusted springs). The other homes rented for the wedding commented how comfortable their mattresses were. When I asked a family member visiting from another rental to come sit/lie on our mattress the response was OMG.

Nice stay

The property is beautiful and the hosts are wonderful. Very responsive and gracious with their welcome gifts! The fire place (we didn't use), and fire pit were added bonuses. The master bath double shower is awesome. The location is great. A couple of us have difficulty walking so we didn't walk into town, but it was very close to everything you may want. The only things I would improve on were that the pillows in the master bedroom had an odor to them from use. I don't think those could be washed. The master bed wasn't comfortable for me, but I admit I am a picky sleeper and love my memory foam mattress at home. The other women had no complaints about the other beds. We didn't think to bring supplies like foil, ziplocks, lobster picks, etc. and wish we had, but did not expect them to be provided. All other supplies were provided. We would definitely rent the house again,

Family Reunion

The house was perfect. It was well located, furnished and equipped. Open downstairs design was great to gather the family. AC was a welcome feature on the few days we needed it. Beach parking pass and chairs were thoughtful additions. House was close enough to the port that we walked there every day during our stay We’re missing our breakfasts at Mornings in Paris and Kennebunk. Roasters.

Perfection on the East Coast

We had the best experience with this house. We loved the location and wished we could’ve stayed for a whole week to explore the town. The property was EXTREMELY clean and absolutely gorgeous. The kids loved watching the 3 groundhogs outside 💙 If we come back to Maine, we will definitely book here again.

Beautiful house

We had an amazing time, the house was a perfect location. It was within walking distance of the port and yet secluded and quiet. It was only a short drive for us to get to the beach and other places we wanted to see. Would highly recommend this property!

Beautiful home with easy access to town

The home is spotless, nicely decorated and light/bright. We appreciated the good quality finishings and comfortable beds. We walked to dinners and to stroll through the town. We would definitely stay here for a future visit.

Quaint Coastal Home

Family enjoyed our stay in this beautiful Kennebunkport home! Very clean, well kept, spacious rooms, with a great small town feel. Only a minute from Dock Square! Wish we could have stayed longer. Owners were polite, responsive, friendly, and accommodating. Highly recommend to anyone looking to explore Kennebunkport.

October annual visit to Kennebunkport

We have been renting a place in Kennebunkport the 2nd weekend in October for a few years now. There were a few couples all in our 50’s. This was by far the nicest house we have rented. It appears to be a brand new build. Everything we could ask for including TVs in every room, (which I am not sure anyone used, but nice they were there!). It was a quick walk to town where we went every day to enjoy the dining and shopping. Night time ended up at the propane firepit which was perfect to take away the October chill. Overall just a perfect experience!

This property delivered exactly what the description promised ! It was fantastic from check in to check out. The entire home was spotless. We had plenty of space for us and our 4 adult children. The location was spot on for doing everything we wanted in the area. Would definitely stay here again!

Better than expected!

Pics don’t do justice to this property! It was cool, chic, and clean! We loved loved loved it and were very comfortable. We enjoyed the outdoor fire pit, heated tile floors, and awesome kitchen for cooking! I also loved the layout of the house. My kids enjoyed it also. A few tips the home owner might want to consider. The house needs more towel rods or hooks, potato chip clips, and a magnifying mirror in the bathroom would be helpful. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

We had the best time at Tim and Wendy’s beautiful home! So close to everything, had everything we needed, and Tim was super responsive with ALL of my questions! 😁 The house was so clean and stocked with everything you need. Really appreciated the welcome gift bag as well!! The fire pit was a favorite of everyone’s, great to have a couple drinks relaxing after a day of touring around. Grocery store was super close (8 minutes maybe), an amazing bagel shop at the end of the road, and restaurants minutes away. We would absolutely (and hope to) stay again very soon! Thanks for the amazing opportunity to stay! Book it, I promise you won’t be disappointed!

Much needed relaxation

The house was a perfect spot for us to finally relax after a long year and celebrate our anniversary. Close to town and walkable location. (It was also a nice jump off point for small road trips) Tim and Wendy were great hosts and Wendy's artwork added to the coastal feel of the home. I'm sure we'll be back!

Fabulous property for a getaway

Six sisters had an amazing weekend enjoying this well appointed home. The house was very clean and well maintained. We cooked, watched movies (brought our own DVD player) and did crafts. It is a short trip to the "port" area. We ate at Federal Jack's. The family is from the NH and MA area so we are familiar with the area. It was wonderful, and the art work from Wendy, the owner is amazing. A truly great find and we are a picky to be honest. We all said we would rent this again with our individual families or friends, or another gals trip. Thank you Tim and Wendy for a memorable weekend. ps Bring slippers as a request to remove your shoes at the door is in place. Be respectful of their home and wishes.. It was fantastic

Great place to relax on a Snowy week

We were looking for a place not too far away for a bit of a vacation week change of pace. The house was warm and inviting—the perfect spot to explore Kennebunk and Portland. We will definitely be back in warmer weather. Tim and Wendy have a lovely home and are great hosts! I highly recommend a stay.

Wonderful First Trip with the Baby

This was our first trip with our Newborn. This house was exceptionally clean! The size of the home is impressive! A lot of room to move around. Bedrooms are a really nice size. We walked down to dock square with the stroller and it was a quick and easy! Beautiful Welcome gift upon arrival. We spent a lot of time around the gas fire pit, that was a really nice touch. My only recommendation for renters is bring everything if you plan on cooking- spices for cooking, leftover containers, tin foil, napkins.. etc. Listing says Drip & K Cup coffee machine, but its only a drip. My recommendation for owners - large enough pot to cook a few lobsters in would be nice! Thank you for a wonderful stay! We really enjoyed it!
