We also have not experienced any similar reports at this home before your stay or since, including throughout the most recent winter months. The check in instructions are automatically sent to each guest before they arrive, and like you mentioned, Evolve was able to confirm that this email was sent to you. Very occasionally this email can go to spam, and we apologize if that is what happened in this situation. We have never had an issue with the email being sent to guests. We are glad Evolve could take care of your dinner while everything was worked out, and we got back to you fifteen minutes after you called our provided contact number. We followed up with the owner after reading your feedback, and they wanted to share the following: - We use a cleaning service to have the home professionally cleaned before each guest's arrival. We wish you had reached out to the Guest Contact during your stay if there were any issues you needed addressing. We would have done everything we could to resolve them immediately so that you could enjoy the home.  - Our pest control service came to inspect and treat the property immediately after your stay, and did not find any evidence of roaches or bed bugs. That being said, due to the location of the home, it is possible to see the occasional bug indoors. We're sorry if this negatively impacted your stay. Hopefully you were able to enjoy your time despite any issues. We truly go above and beyond and are confident that future guests will have excellent stays!
