The beauty follows you inside our home with our spacious open floor plan. The large living space with plenty of comfortable seating allow you to relax while still offering views of the beach. No detail is overlooked as you move into the dining room and fabulous modern kitchen complete with wood cabinets, granite counter tops, and stainless steel appliances. A cozy kitchenette provides additional seating.

The master suite offers a peaceful retreat with a king size bed. Wall mounted Large screen TV for your entertainment. Sliding glass doors lead from the master bedroom directly to the balcony to take in the morning sea breeze to start your day. Our recently remodeled master bath offers dual sinks and granite counter tops. Gorgeous tile work and an oversized walk in shower. The second bedroom hosts a twin bunk bed, a full size bed, dresser, large screen TV, and spacious closet. The second bathroom was also renovated with dual sinks, granite counter tops and walk in shower. For your added convenience there is a washer and dryer, free Wi-Fi, and the living room "smart TV" has a built in Roku device as well as cable TV channels.

When you're ready to spend time on the beach or at the pool, grab your beach chairs and go down your private staircase. No need to walk to the elevator if you don't want to.

Rest easy - no need to overpack - the home is well equipped, you'll just need groceries when you get here - any questions or concerns, please ask!

Redington Beach is the perfect blend of relaxing atmosphere with plenty of activities available if you want them. The perfect blend of restaurants, shopping and water activities all located midway between Clearwater and St Pete Beach, just 45 minutes from Tampa International Airport.

1 rental per month 28 days minimum, Owner prefers to rent the full calendar month but willing to consider mid month arrival depending on demand. 28 day minimum would still apply. We have a low number of reviews because most of our tenants stay year after year and do not book through the system. If you desire a reference, simply send in an inquiry and we will supply them.

Please note that our rates are only input through the end of 2024 and we are not yet booking into 2025. The property requires paperwork to be completed no less than 7 days prior to arrival
