!IMPORTANT INFORMATION! This is a 90 days minimum booking.  Once your booking is confirmed, you will need to fill in and sign an HOA application and lease form and provide a valid ID for the time period inquired to the HOA. The application must be approved by the HOA. An application fee will apply and must be paid separately to the HOA. We will assist you throughout the entire process. Please note that all guests must abide by HOA rules. Upon confirmation of the booking, you will have 24 hours to fill and sign your HOA application; failure to do so will result in the cancellation of your reservation.

We provide a starter supply of liquid soap, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, dish soap, dishwasher soap, paper towel, toilet paper, and garbage bags.

• The property is managed by the community, we will help you the most we can but we aren't responsible for any water or electricity outage and will not provide refund for this matter. We are not responsible if any of the amenities are closed or not functional as they are managed by the community and we do not have any control.
• Please don't eat/drink in beds this leads to irreversible stains (Airbnb Claim will be made)
• Washer & Dryer : To be used for your personal clothes only
• No Smoking, No Pets, No candles
• The use of Glitter/Confetti will lead to an extra cleaning fee
• The property is managed by the community, we will help you the most we can but we aren't responsible for any water or electricity outage and will not provide refund for this matter. • No mails or packages to be sent to the property. We will have to discard them if any.

• Pool( Verify hours of accessibility) Persons less than 14 years of age must have adult supervision at all times. (We are not responsible if the pools are closed for any particular reason or if the temperature isn't to your liking as it is managed by the community.)Shared with other guests.
• No swimming allowed in the intercoastal canal.
• Trailers/boats are not allowed on the driveway or on the streets of this community.
• Please avoid parking on the grass as it is an HOA violation.
• Mining Bitcoin or other cryptocurrencies is prohibited. Claim will be made.
*There will be an inspection for quality and safety purposes conducted by a member of our team. If it happens to fall during your stay, we will notify you in advance. Guest presence is not mandatory during the inspection but inspection may be. Guest understands and agrees to access.
*Right of Access: Guest understands, acknowledges and agrees upon confirming their booking that the manager/technician of the property will access (with or without your presence) the property for purpose of inspection, any maintenance requests from guests or other circumstance when deemed necessary with reasonable notification by one/all or any text, message, call, through booking platform to the guest for purposes of ensuring the safety and security of the property.
