Wonderful holiday, fabulous chalet, brilliant location

The Chalet is perfect, it has everything you need, location is perfect for skiing and enjoying the nightlife in Morzine. Really wonderful holiday, would recommend it.

Morzine Jan 2020

The property is in a great location just a few minutes walk to the Pleney lift and restaurants. It was really well equipped, and the layout was perfect for our group with comfortable and ample seating for relaxing and dining. The beds were also very comfortable and the bedding was spotless. Pariss the agent was also very helpful at check in etc. I would definitely stay here again if I was coming back to Morzine.

Excellent stay and shall be returning

Stayed here the beginning of July for a mtb holiday and enjoyed our stay very much. David was fantastic throughout the booking service, answering any questions I had with speedy responses. This customer service was carried on throughout our stay, helping us with local knowledge. The property is fantastic and fully equipped with all you would need. The location was perfect, a few minutes walk and you are in the heart of the town and close to supermarkets ect. We would not hesitate to stay here again when returning.

Beautiful chalet in a great location close to town

What a find! We were a group of 10 (8 adults, 2 kids) who spent a week here. The chalet has everything you could need for a comfortable weeks stay including a great hot tub overlooking the slopes and games for all ages. We didn't take advantage of the ski in ski out but this would have been feasible with a short off piste run from a long Blue.

Fantastic chalet in perfect location

We have just enjoyed a fantastic 2 weeks with friends and family at Chalet Muguet. Description was spot on and this chalet provided a most enjoyable holiday. Plenty of space, very relaxing evenings in front of the log burner with exceptional views at breakfast time. Ski in is a great way to finish the day and we only had a very short walk (2mins) above the chalet to enable us to ski down to the lifts. The central location made shopping, eating and skiing hassle free. We look forward to staying again with friends and family. Well worth a visit, you won't be dissapointed.

A few small tweaks to 5*

A few small elements to take the location up to 5*. Sofa needs a good clean. Decking needs cleaning and sweeping. Garden furniture needs refreshing and consolidating. Great location and service prior to and during our stay.

Nice Chalet, lovely resort.

The owner was nice enough to have the Chalet ready early for us, I had told him we would reach Morzine by lunch time. Everything had been well explained in a guest information pack. The contacts were very helpful and at hand, took advise and acted on requests. Also nice to say they were not worried about us accidentally breaking anything but would like to know, so they could replace it for the next guests. I would recommend this chalet.

Excellent Location But Tired

Issues - Only 1 nice bathroom, others are tired or don’t have a shower - living space can feel cramped with 7 adults - check in was not completed on time. They were still cleaning at 4:45pm. - Cot not setup for arrival as requested had to chase host - incorrect check in contact details provided - Information booklet in property out of date or not accurate. - multiple wear and tear issues, lamps not functioning, light switches broken. Positives: - good central location to town - excellent hot tub, kitchen well stocked, utility and ski storage very useful - good communication with host once correct details were recieved - baby gates and high chair were appreciated

Lovely summer holiday

We stayed during the summer (group of 8 including a baby) and had a wonderful time. The chalet was fantastic! Very clean with good amenities including a hot tub and bbq. It was well equipped for our baby with a travel cot and high chair. Fantastic location - just a stones throw from the centre of Morzine. Communication with the property managers was also excellent beforehand. We had such a brilliant time and couldn't recommend this chalet enough.

Great location

Chalet is in a great location. We had a couple of issues whilst there which Clive sorted for us. Could do with a spruce up and the twin rooms are small but location-wise it’s great. A welcome pack wouldn’t go amiss!

Tired needs updating

The property was adequate but overpriced for what it is. It needs attention. Lightbulbs not working, kitchen cluttered and old and broken. Bathrooms were old and in a state of disrepair. The sofas were old and tatty, covered with throws but needed replacing. We were a family of 5 but anymore would have been too many for facilities. Lacking maintenance overall. Hot tub was nice but old. Wouldn’t recommend for this price.

Superb chalet

I’ve nothing but good things to say about this chalet. The location was fab, just minutes away from the the planey lift and the town! The chalet itself was very comfortable and felt like a home away from home. Beds were comfortable, kitchen had everything you needed, hot tub was well maintained with regular checks for chlorine and PH levels. Water was changed in prep for new guests on the Saturday afternoon. The company managing the chalet along with the owner had excellent communication, and just overall the chalet was just so lovely. A perfect size for the 6 adults and 2 children who went, with room for 2 more if needed. Can’t recommend this place enough. I would happily come back to chalet muguet guache again!!

Een heerlijk huis

Een prachtig huis, van alle gemakken voorzien, met een fijne houtkachel en een heerlijke jacuzzi op het terras. Enige minpuntje: vanuit het huis naar de skilift is ofwel een hele wandeling over de weg of een behoorlijke klim omhoog voordat je er naar toe kunt skiën.

La photo principale de l'annonce ne reflète en rien l'environnement actuel, construction de chalets à proximité immédiate vis à vis important, nuisance d'une route très passante en contrebas et surtout il s'agit d'un chalet jumelé ce que ne montre pas la photo, intérieur correct mais pas pour 10 personnes pas de congélateur réfrigérateur trop petit pour le reste bien situé prés du centre relativement bien équipée sauf machine à laver hors d'âge

Vacances Idéales

Séjour inoubliable. Le chalet a largement répondu à nos attentes. C'est parfait pour des vacances en famille ou entre amis. Tout le confort nécessaire est réuni. De plus, à 2 mn à pied du centre de Morzine, donc pas besoin de prendre la voiture. Maintenant, juste envie d'y retourner un peu plus longtemps cette fois-ci

Fantastic chalet and perfect location

Having stayed in various lodges and chalets, this has been one of the best. Lovely comfy lounge and perfect dining and cooking area. All the home comforts you could ask for and hot tub was lovely. Great communication throughout and Pariss looked after everything we needed. Would highly recommend Location perfect and a couple if minutes walk from the centre and the pleney ski lift. Also very close to super Morzine lift Loads of restaurants nearby as well. We had 7 in our family and it was a fantastic trip Thank you

Excellent Location

Chalet is very nice, within a very quick walk of the Pleney lift. Would only recommend it for a group of 6-7 though, as the living space and kitchen are quite compact.

Thanks for your comments. We find that a large number of our bookings are made by multiple generations or family groups and they appreciate the chance to accommodate family members or friends flexibly, so we like to offer 10 beds.

Overrated

Despite the fact that a construction site was really noisy and annoying, we were surprised how the images did not look like reality, the apartment was very small, crowded and could be a good fit for 5 people max. the host is very nice and the location is pretty good.

I’m sorry you were disrupted by the building work on a nearby plot. Plans have been in place for several years, and we were unable to know exactly when the work would start. We have rented this property for 18 years now, and nobody has ever commented on the size of the rooms or the images that we displayed, which were provided by a professional photographer. The chalet has four bedrooms and 3 bathrooms spread over three floors covering 150 m², and this is regarded as a good sized property in the Alpine region.

Perfect ski home

We travelled in a fairly large group and had more than enough space, great location close to Morzine town and lifts, we stayed in the same chalet last year and will book again.
