Lovely, well appointed one bedroom guest house with fully equipped kitchen and washer and dryer. Across the street from the beach and an easy delightful ten minute walk to St Armand's Circle and all the shops and restaurants!
Located on quiet Lido Key you are minutes away from all exciting Sarasota has to offer. Community pool available at the beach if you like swimming laps.
Just bring your suitcase - beach chairs, beach towels, umbrellas, coolers and bikes are already here. Take the free Bay Runner Trolley from the beach to Sarasota, have your groceries delivered from publix and you will have no need for a rental car. Enjoy!
Entrance has one flight of steps - no elevator available.
Bedroom is on the main level - ladder leads to a separate loft.

Christmas in Lido!

The host is actually wonderful and goes above and beyond. The property is exactly as described. The location is rigjt across from the beach and free trolley access that takes you to st armands circle and downtown sarasota. So easy access to great food without the need of driving. No complaints

Lido key property

We booked this apartment because we had never been to Lido Key before and wanted to explore a new place. Shortly after booking we received a call from the owner. She was concerned that because of the two recent hurricanes we might be disappointed with the area. After a very honest and informative chat with the owner we were so impressed with her honesty we decided to book it anyway. Upon arriving Laveda, the owner, offered to pick us up at the airport. The hospitality continued throughout our stay. The apartment itself was well designed and incredibly well stocked. There is a trolley that has a stop a few minutes away and goes everywhere you could want to go so no car is needed. The bottom line is we can't wait to come back and see the area after restoration. Thanks to Laveda and her husband for everything!

Amazing guest house

We stayed 2 weeks at this cute guest house. Super short walk to the beach. Lots of beach items to borrow: chairs, umbrella, floats… House was bright and clean. We felt super comfortable there like we were home. We’d definitely stay here again if we’re back in the area!

Great beach stay with everything you need!

This property was awesome! LaVeda has EVERYTHING you need for the beach! Umbrellas, chairs, towels, boogie boards, ect. the list goes on! The guest house was very clean, stocked, and perfect for a couple! The beach entrance is visible from the property, and St. Armand’s is close as well. We enjoyed riding the bikes that LaVeda supplied in the evening! We plan on staying at this property again next summer!

Amazing Beach Stay - Central to So Much!

My new husband and I stayed at the guest house for a week on our honeymoon. We had both never been to the Sarasota/Anna Maria Island area, and were blown away with how beautiful it was. This stay is perfectly located 10 min from downtown Sarasota, and about 30-50 min from Anna Maria Island and Siesta Key. We were able to try out different beaches, and enjoy the activities in Sarasota. LaVeda was the perfect host. We couldn’t have asked for better communication or hospitality. Her guest house was equipped with everything we needed and more. What we loved the most was how this stay has bikes! We normally rent bikes on our trips, but this allowed us to save some money. We biked to St. Armand’s and to the beach to watch sunsets throughout the week. The beach equipment and bikes were very thoughtful and made our stay so enjoyable. I highly recommend booking with LaVeda for a romantic and relaxing getaway!

Great stay!

We felt very comfortable in this beautiful, cute holiday apartment. The cleanliness of the apartment was impeccable. The apartment is fully equipped and there are also enough kitchen utensils. In the garage you will find everything you need for the beach. The gas grill also worked well, so we could grill too. The beach can be reached in two minutes on foot. There are also many other beaches that are a little further away and are all very beautiful. St. Armands Circle is also within walking distance. The communication in advance with LaVeda worked great. Thank you for allowing us to be your guest. We would book this holiday apartment again. Grit & André from Berlin

Awesome host

LaVeda was so accommodating and had great communication. We loved staying in the guest house, it was so cute and just like the pictures. It was also a quick, easy walk to the beach and a short walk to St. Armand’s circle. Highly recommend!!

Home away from home.

This is the second time we’ve stayed here. LaVeda’s property is conveniently located to all the fun activities, shopping and restaurants Lido Key/St Armand’s has to offer. The apartment itself was just as clean and beautiful as we remembered and had everything we needed for our 10 day vacation. We can’t wait to come back!

Can't wait to stay here again.

Excellent location, especially for the price. The Trolley was a very pleasant surprise. Very well equipped as advertised. We were in need of an allen wrench and sure enough we found an entire set in the bookcase drawer. So handy to have a large refrigerator and microwave. We did get to meet LaVeda's husband and he was very nice. There were enough pots and pans to feed an army. We would not hesitate to stay there again.
