This place was perfect! Had everything that you would need to have the best trip. The short walk to the beach, the private pool, and the space are just a few of the best qualities of this house. Kevin was an amazing host who answered the countless questions that I had.

This place was the perfect place for us to vacation in. Super close to the beach and had extremely great amenities! The host is very personable and was very great to communicate with! If you are wanting a perfect beach getaway vacation this house is just that!

Incredibly easy check in. Any issues we had were resolved very quickly. Kevin and his brother were always very accessible and ready to answer any questions we had. My group had a great time and I would definitely rent from Kevin again.

This home for the last week has been amazing! We had 6 adults (ages 65-30) and 4 kids (ages 6, 7, 10, 14) and had plenty of room if someone needed alone time. The game room was awesome. Plenty of everything to make meals. Beds were so cozy. The golf cart was worth the extra money and used for store trips and hauling people to and from the beach, though we all walked it as it is not far at all. Kevin was awesome with communication and made it flawless for any questions we had.

Great family place

Came with several of our children and grandchildren. There was so much to do with the beach, pool and game room, that we seldom had to leave the area.

Everything was so beautiful we have stayed in homes over the last 30 years this was by far one of the best all kinds of things to entertain your family, short level walk to beaches beautiful white sand and very clean.

We had an unforgettable family vacation in this spacious home, which comfortably accommodated all 17 of us. The proximity to the beach was a huge plus, and everyone enjoyed their time together. While there were a few minor issues, I’ve already discussed these with the owner. Overall, our experience was delightful, and I would definitely choose to stay here again!

Spring Break 2026

The property was just as expected. Of course we had questions and host was always quick to answer and very accommodating if we had a more serious issue. Plenty of amenities, seating, accommodations.

Great location and entertainment space for all!

The house is was super nice and the closeness to the beach was fantastic! The house offered great beach chairs, wagons, pool toys, etc., saved us from packing them or having to go out and buy more. We had a wide range of ages staying at the house from toddler to grandparents, there was something for everyone! The owner was super responsive and helpful.

Florida reunion

My family decided on this place because of the size, because we had me (grandfather), my 4 kids and their kids along with 2 great granddaughters There was plenty of room for everyone along with enough activities to keep everyone occupied I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a really nice place to enjoy a vacation Thank you for sharing with my family

Beautiful Oasis!

We loved staying at the Shangri-la! The house was a short block from the beach, perfect for all the beach bums in the family. We had 14 people with us, and everyone had their own comfortable space. The pool and game room were awesome, no one ever got bored! The home is beautiful. We would definitely come back!

We enjoyed a 5 night stay at this very convenient-to-the-beach house. It has 7 actual bedrooms. It has some good features, including the pool, the hot tub, and the game room. There were several things that needed attention such as the grills which were not in good enough shape to use, the blinds which didn't work in many windows. It appears to be a fairly good option for a beach house, but one that needs some TLC to make it a truly exceptional experience.

Everything we could have asked for!

This house was everything we could have asked for plus more. It was absolutely awesome! We LOVED this stay and hope to come back! Everything was very clean and well maintained. Very close walk to the beach, and nice neighborhood. It was close enough to be able to run into "town" yet far enough away to be peaceful. The property owner Kevin, was very easy to contact and very courteous! The trip honestly couldn't have been any better. Thank you for an awesome stay!

Multiple Family Beach Vacation

Everything about the stay went very smoothly. Check in was a breeze and the Owner was amazing. The pool area with the bar was absolutely wonderful. Nighttime was the best with all the lights, the bar, and the massive TV outside. The kids were busy with the amazing gameroom. Laundry on site was very helpful. Also, the outside shower was invaluable. Will definitely be looking for this home again. The neighborhood was quiet and the short walk to the amazing beach made the location perfect.

Adult Weekend

The home was wonderful for our group of adults. The multiple king sized beds were really nice. Beds were comfortable, house was spacious and it was nice to have a large tv for football. We enjoyed the amenities and location. There were stand alone ac units on top of the central air unit that need to be turned on and monitored. We were never uncomfortable so they worked well. Great place. Thanks

Laguna Beach house

We had a great time. The house is located a short walk from the beach and the pool area is awesome! Kevin is very good to work with as he texted back whenever I had a question for him. There was more than enough room for my entire family. Only complaint would be that the gaming system is missing a cord and you couldn't play it, otherwise one great family vacation!! Thank you!
