Lovely spot in South Seas - walkable for Starbucks and shoppes. Beach view is amazing! Terrific access to beach and a pool if you wanted.Easy checkin and well stocked unit. We cannot wait to return!

Excellent location with direct access to both pool and beach allowed us to make good use of both. Views were amazing from the balcony! Clean and comfortable - was perfect spot for our family vacation. If and when we come back to Captiva would definitely recommend!

Location was great. We wish the bathrooms were made to accommodate 6 people; they were small, minimal counter space, only 2 medium towel rods per bathroom so where do we hang the damp towels or the face towels if 3 people are sharing each bathroom? A few hooks or a shelf or longer towel rods would have made a nice difference. Overall, we had a great time!

sorry I do advertize 2 bathrooms sorry if you did not read that I do have a three bedroom three bathroom may have been a better choice if you need more bathrooms

• Location, location, location• The beach view is amazing• Showers are great!• The heart of Captiva (easily walkable to all shops/restaurants)I would recommend to have a notebook for residents to look at upon their arrival. There wereseveral things we found out on our own that were not mentioned.• You cannot use the gym (even though it does say gym available).Washer and dryer on first floor but need to have quarters to operate.

Gym is in sanibel at the recreation center You can use quarters or very easy to use your smart phone to pay this is super easy but also stated on line in the house notes for booking.

Location was great, condo was nice, host not overly friendly. Lots of passive aggressive instructions inside of condo. Certainly could have been presented in a much friendlier way.

The location is amazing with the beach and pool within steps of the condo. The loft area was perfect for out 6-year old granddaughter. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pans, etc. All was good.

Wow what a beautiful breath of fresh air. The host communication : Great. The view: Beautiful. Location: excellent. Experience: Wonderful. The only thing I wouldn't give 5stars is the cleanliness because the floor was dirty with sand and I had to clean the sink (hair) and fridge before putting my drinks in. But in honesty I booked literally the day before my trip, so I give grace to that, due to short notice and the place still being available to book. I would definitely book it again and again. Kim was very prompt in her responses. Check in was very simple. Watching the sunset directly from the balcony; you have front row seating. I received more than I expected staying here. I arrived exhausted and left REFRESHED and wanting more. Thank you.

yes great location we are putting brand new flooring in the entire unit it is being done by 4/17/20 since I am takling all the old tiles and carpet out and a brand new repaint of the entire unit

Great vacation

Beautiful spot right on the beach. Something for everyone. Very relaxing and saw many dolphins sting rays. Definitely will come back

Very comfortable condo with great views-

Wonderful location and nice condo. The view from the balcony was beautiful! The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen had almost everything we needed. Only thing I would have liked were Bar stools for more seating - it sleeps 6, but only has dining (chairs) for 4. The cooler, toys, and beach chairs were an added bonus. We enjoyed our time there, very relaxing!

Yes the views are amazing agreed wonderful to watch sunsets. In any event, there are 4 teak chairs that you can use for inside the dining room if you like most eat outside I have seen on the patio so I have never had a comment about this. I do not want the unit to be cramped with excess stuff. Maybe you did not see the additional folded chairs.

I have been coming to South Seas since my 18th Brithday. I am not going to mention how long ago that was but suffice to say that was a long time ago and I still love it!!!!

We have 9 total units in South Seas that we rent. We absolutely love this beach. The shelling is amazing. There is usually a very nice breeze and we love to sit on the screened in patio and watch the sun set. There is nothing like sitting and watching the sun set.
