From the moment you enter this breathtaking, 3500 square foot luxury home, you will feel as if it were built just for your family or group. Its massive gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with over-sized stainless appliances, veggie sink, and six burner range. Soaring open beam ceilings, reclaimed Australian hardwood flooring, organic wool carpeting, radiant heating, and low-e wood casement windows are just part of the appeal of this certified green home.

FLOOR PLAN:
4 bedrooms + Large Bunk Loft, 3 full bathrooms, 1 half-bath. 3 living areas. Permitted for 5 cars total with available parking in 2-car garage and 4-car driveway (depending on vehicle size). Easily accommodates 12 guests.
1st Floor: Garage and King Master Suite with private bath.
2nd Floor: Entry Foyer, Great Room (Kitchen/Dining/Living Room), Family Room, laundry room, and half-bath.

The home's setting, in Country Club Estates, is located away from the “hustle and bustle” of town, yet is only a few minutes from all South Lake Tahoe has to offer. It provides a perfect spot for relaxing walks and bike rides.

QUIET HOURS are especially is very important on the hot tub deck while honoring the 10:00PM - 8:00AM quiet times and NO HOT TUB USE imposed and enforced by county ordinance. Had 7 adults plus 2 toddlers. Lots of room for all of us. Very clean, enjoyed the backyard and jacuzzi. It was great to be able to use the garage for 2 of our vehicles. Kitchen is incredibly well stocked.

Comfortable relaxing stay for a ski-trip - well recommended for groups!

Property has a lot of space, was incredibly comfortable, had a well-stocked kitchen, and a property manager that was very easy to contact. Location is super close to major ski-resorts. Will stay again!

Fun weekend place

Stayed here for a work retreat, was very nice. I enjoyed the hot tub and the jetted tubs in the bathrooms. This place has everything, and it's close to everything. Would stay again!

Excellent Cabin for Large Group

Was looking for a good size cabin to stay out for a friends trip, and this cabin was perfect. Fit 9 of us comfortably and check-in/check-out process was incredibly smooth. Would book again!

We really enjoyed our stay. The 2nd master wasn’t exactly as expected but worked for us with two families over the Thanksgiving holidays. Would recommend!

Tahoe Thanksgiving visit

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house is in a great location with close proximity to stores and attraction with 15-30 min drive. Kitchen was very well stocked for a party of 12. Bedroom were quite spacious with comfortable beds. Overall really enjoyed our stay and there was no issues

The pictures did not do this home justice! Gorgeous and well stocked home perfect for our Tahoe getaway. Beds were comfortable and the hot tub was a nice plus. 10/10 would definitely book this home again when we visit Tahoe.

Beautiful house in a wonderful neighborhood!

My family and I had a wonderful time. The house was great and had everything we needed for our stay. Even with ten of us it felt like we all had our own space and weren't on top of each other. Hopefully we will be back next year!

After 6 years of using VRBO to rent wonderful cabins all over the Tahoe area, I have to say that this was the best cabin we've ever stayed in. It truly is incredibly spacious and luxurious, and it was a perfect place to host our week-long winter getaway for our family and friends. The property manager is also a wonderful asset for this rental, as he was on top of everything, making sure the cabin was ready to go when we arrived, and readily available via cell/text whenever we had a question or concern. I would have no reservation from renting this place again for our next Tahoe vacation.

Staff performs inspections before and after guest arrival and departures to make sure the property is in perfect condition for your arrival. Snow Removal is important in Tahoe, don't accept an owner who will hand you a shovel on your vacation!

Amazing location, upscale neighborhood and surrounding area. The owner's spend month's before putting the home on the market to ensure the recommended checklist of inventory items and amenities would far exceed their guest expectations.

You love the open and spacious floor plan with room for the group to find the separation they desire while not losing touch throughout your stay!
