My place is close to Grenada Lake Reservoir with great Crappie, Bass and Catfish fishing, Fox Hunters' Kennels and other hunting areas. You’ll love my place because of the outdoor space, Amish built 2016 cabin with loft bedroom and screened porch, large back deck. Covered shed for grilling and fish cooking and just relaxing. Located on an Oak trees shady lot good for couples, solo adventurers, families (with kids), hunters and fishermen. One bedroom with full size bed - sleeps 2. Loft bedroom has full size bed and a twin size daybed - sleeps 3. Full kitchen, stand alone ice maker, Big screen TV, etc. Large deck with LED lighting, picnic table. A fish cooker, charcoal and gas grill at the grilling shed. Fish cleaning station and circle driveway (good for boat owners)and garage big enough for a pontoon boat. Year round full access with paved roads, no internet service. No underage drinking, smoking indoors, lighting of candles indoors, and unregistered guests. A quiet residential area so we ask that excessive noise be kept to a minimum. E-mail and text questions/problems. Great first name neighbors who are friendly and thoughtful of the neighborhood. Beer and alcohol is legal in this county (Yalobusha) as well as neighboring Grenada County. Cabin has circle drive connecting 2 paved county roads (corner lot) for auto/ 4 wheeler parking.
