Quiet location

15mins walk into main part of Byron Bay...Good location.... close enough - walk to shops and restaurants

Great location

Had a great week at this unit. Nice and clean and close to the beach and town. We hardly used our car. Looking forward to staying again next time we are in town

The unit is well located so that you can walk to the beach & the lighthouse & it takes about 15 minutes to walk into town. It’s a relatively quiet area - the town itself is noisy & very busy on the weekends & we could hear muffled loud music late at night on weekends but it’s quiet during the week. The unit has everything you need for a short stay - we stayed 8 nights which was great. The agent responded quickly to messages. It was lovely to sit outside with the birds & the sun for breakfast. With some additions the unit would be excellent- block out curtains in the bedrooms & better pillows. The early morning sun woke us up & the neighbours’ sensor light came on during the night also lighting up the main bedroom. Apart from these easy to solve issues the unit is the perfect place to base yourself for a week or so in beautiful Byron Bay.

Excellent accommodation in a central location

The town house / villa is single level in a block of 4 and is a 10-minute walk from Jonson Street and all it offers. It's conveniently close to town but located in a residential area away from the pubs and clubs, so party goers and noisy neighbours are not a problem. The place is very well furnished with everything you need including good beds and pillows and a comfortable lounge. We stayed for a week and would definitely book this accommodation again. Highly recommended.

Affordable and well positioned

Great place, 10 mins walk from town and right next to the Pass. Comfortable and spacious

Convenient and comfy

Small renovated villa close to beach and approx 10min walking distance to shops and restaurants and views. Private and quiet in a complex of 4. Perfect short term stay in Byron!

Cheers guys. Beautiful place. Wonderful time. Thank you. As I messaged you on night one, The bedroom tv doesn't work and the livingroom remote looks a little damaged. But this did not effect us. Just wanted you to know that it wasn't us that did it haha. Thanks again
