Great location and set up

Really enjoyed our stay. There were 9 of us and lots of space to chill out. Shared rooms with beds instead of bunks was great. Pool table and ping pong table were a hit too!

Great house

This house is in a great location and is perfect for two families to share. The teens & kids had so much fun using the ping pong table and snooker table. It was an added bonus that we could close the door to the games room to block out the noise, while the adults relaxed. I highly recommend this place.

Awesome location and layout

We had a lovely stay at the property. We were very impressed with the layout and bedroom spaces. There was enough room for everyone, with ample bathrooms. We loved the table tennis and pool table and the property was well set up for a large group. The location is wonderful, with only a short walk to the beach and an alley way at the end of the street to lead us to the main town centre. The kids loved scootering up and down the quiet cul de sac. We made use of the comfortable outdoor chairs (located in the games cupboard) while we watched our children out the front. The dining table and lounge room had enough room for a large group and we were impressed by the dvd selection available. A few of the DVDs were missing in the cases, but there were so many to choose from, it didn’t matter. The power went out, so we made use of the ‘power out’ kit. We did use the last of the matches, so they will need replacing. The reverse cycle air conditioning made for a comfortable stay. Overall, a wonderful place to bring family or friends, where you don’t all feel on top of each other. I will be recommending this property to others.

Black Scorpion Golf Trip

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our 2nd year in same place for our golf trip and the location was the best. The house itself was clean and a great size to accommodate 8 adults. There is some minor maintenance issues such as exhaust fans needing attention, air conditioner makes a noise which disturbs bedroom 2 from front door, kitchen cupboards feel loose , bbq doesn't fully work as old burners are blocked and need replacement and possibly less grill and more plate area.We will definitely use again unless something better is available.

Family holiday

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved our stay at La Vita Bella. It's the 2nd time we stayed at this place. The location to Dunsborough town centre is fantastic and walking distance, as is the beach, whilst it is also a good location to explore the Dunsborough/Busselton/Margaret River area from. The place is big, tidy and has entertainment for the kids. We also like that it is in a Cul de Sac as it gives the kids a chance to ride their bikes in a relatively safe place with easy superivison. Perfect for our family to get together.

Fabulous House

I've stayed in a lot of holiday houses, but this was my favourite. It had everything we needed for a great stay, and more. SO much room for our family of 2 - 76 yr olds to get together... Loved the games room.....lots of table tennis and pool played. Being so close to shops was also very handy..... Great to have beds and not bunks.... only thing missing was bedside tables and reading lamps in back bedrooms. We all loved our stay!
