Brigantine Quarters is a secluded resort conveniently located on the south end of Hilton Head Island in Shipyard Plantation. With golf, shopping, dining, biking and the beautiful beach nearby, Brigantine Quarters offers the perfect vacation accommodations for a golfing foursome or a family looking for a peaceful vacation.

Brigantine Quarters at Shipyard Plantation is picturesque and private but still a short walk to plenty of the islands great shopping, diverse dining, and the wide sandy beach for which Hilton Head Island is famous. Hilton Head Island is a bike friendly community, and Shipyard has over 20 miles of bike paths and beautiful landscaped grounds envelope Shipyard's fresh water lagoon system--home to ten-pound largemouth bass and numerous reptiles including turtles and alligators.

This two-bedroom, two-bathroom, two-story condo is positioned on a property with beautifully landscaped areas, two swimming pools, a playground, tennis courts, propane grills, and a private beach access gate. The property is situated on a cul-de-sac and is secluded from the main roads.

(Please Note: rentals are available from Saturday to Saturday.)

Excellent property

Excellent property. Large, clean and comfortable. Only small negative is the spiral stairs to the master bedroom. It was hard to carry suitcase up. Otherwise a really nice property that we will likely come back to again.

Love Brigantine

Love staying here. First time in this unit. Overall was good. Air filters need changing bad. It stayed warm upstairs. But we always being a fan so we were fine. Would rent this one again.

My Favorite Place in HHI

I’ve been coming to HHI for vacation since I was a kid (about 40 years). I’ve stayed in Sea Pines and Shipyard. As an adult, In Shipyard I have stayed in Port-O-Call, Beachwalk, Spinaker, and Brigantine Quarters. Frankly, they’re all great, but Brigantine Quarters is our favorite of them all. Two pools cuts down on overcrowding and the locked gate gives you quick access to the beach far away from the public entrance, so that is also not overcrowded. It’s an easy walk, or about a 60 second bike ride to the beach. And despite being tucked way in the back of Shipyard, It’s really close to Coligny Plaza, so there’s quick access to shopping and food, while still feeling kind of secluded. The villa was really nice too, with a lagoon out back with an alligator swimming around, which of course, we did not feed! Our kids loved it, and we loved it too. Will definitely return.

Perfect family getaway

We spent a week here and the place was perfect for our family of four. Close to the beach, town square, pools, mini putt etc. The bike paths are gorgeous and the view from the deck was so peaceful. We used to come down every year when the kids were little to Brigantine. The grounds have been updated and the unit was just as good as others we have rented in the past. This particular unit was nice because no one is above or below you. However, the spiral staircase would be a challenge for any older visitors. I would recommend the owners also add a few more kitchen items like a teapot, scrub brush or sponge to wash dishes, and another cutting board. But those are minor things. All in all, a wonderful place to vacation! Highly recommend Palmetto Bikes for rentals as well. They never disappoint and make it so easy for visitors.

Excellent visit

Our family of 4 (parents and 2 teens) spent a week at this location. It was my family's first time on HHI- and we loved it! The check-in process was easy (probably the easiest check-in for us ever), the villa was clean spacious and in great condition, and the pools and grounds were well maintained. 2-block walk to the beach; great bike paths. Would definitely book again if we return.

What A Great Week

This condo was fabulous!! The property itself was amazing with an easy beach access gate! The condo itself was spacious and well maintained. My family and I definitely hope to be back soon! Thanks for a great week!!

Amazing!!!!!

We loved our stay! The villa was incredible! We felt at home, very nice, cozy, and clean! We loved the easy access to the beach that was not too populated! It was nice to be able to go to the beach any time of the day and not worry about having a nice spot to relax and enjoy the beach. This will be our new traditional vacation retreat for years to come. My kids loved every minute and also felt at home! We hated to leave! The only issue we had (which is petty) was parking spaces. It would be nice that each villa had their own assigned space which seems childish but some adults act childish sometimes. I can't express enough how great our experience with everything was! Just AMAZING!

Great proximity to the beach!

Great property to stay in that is close to the beach. It's about a 7 minute walk. Two nice pools are within steps of the door.

We loved the Brigantine Quarters area! Great beach access, rooms, and overall great place! I

The property was well-kept and beautiful! The pool was always clean and neat. We really liked the beach access. We would stay in this area again.

Our family has been vacationing on Hilton Head Island for almost twenty years. We love the beaches, the bike trails, the beautiful Oak trees with Spanish Moss, and the relaxing atmosphere of the island. It is truly our home away from home. After staying on several parts of the island, we came across Brigantine Quarters and fell in love. It is the perfect place for us--quiet, peaceful, and picturesque.

The location of Brigantine makes it ideal for a quiet, relaxed vacation. We love the view of the golf course, and the short walk to the very quiet beach. We rarely use our car when we're here; we can get to everything on bike or by walking.
