Each room is private. Features a Walking Closet (MainBDR) and regular close (2ndBDR), plus hangers. Bathroom with basic elements and new beds that guarantee comfort. It is ideal for couples, adventurers, business travelers and families (with children). There are 2 lifts to access the apartment.

You'll have access to social areas like a private club. The building roof has BBQ zones, gardens, and restrooms. An excellent peripheral view to the surroundings (City and Pacific Ocean). You can work out in the gym, running on the ecological track, relax by the pool, children's playground room, meeting room with WiFi*, laundry area, internal minimarket with private banking agent (BBVA Continental). Attractions such as the Parque de las Leyendas (Zoo) and Magic Water “Circuito Mágico del Agua del Parque de la Reserva”.
We strongly recommend the follow application taxi services: UBER, Easy Taxi, and Taxi Beat.
The building's reception operates a rigorous access control. There are 09 video cameras interior-exterior working 24 hours. The Minimarket manages a schedule of affordable care having only Monday's off. The pool area runs a daytime shift. Ask to use the laundry area. You'll receive an access ticket. We maintain priority access to reservations for business executives.
