Amazing holiday getaway

This was the most amazing space, big enough to fit all your friends and super relaxing. We enjoyed a girls weekend. The amenities we’re fantastic and it was close walking distance to the ferry.

Very nice place

Location is very good and the house is very comfortable - There was nothing wrong with the bathrooms but they could do with a bit of an upgrade

Relaxing

We’ve been visiting Paynesville for many years but this was our first stay here. Very clean and comfortable and will definitely be back.

Great location

Fantastic location Fantastic top deck Hilarious wonky pool table down stairs Dated but good facilities Cleaner could be a little more thorough A bit bummed that we needed to buy some toilet paper as no spares in house First world problems but that’s our thoughts

Fantastic

Our stay here was awesome. The property was super clean, and extremely well equipped. The host was great. Nothing was a drama and she was very accommodating. I highly recommend this property and we will be back!

Amazing Location

We had an amazing time at the property during our family Christmas getaway on Raymond Island. The views were absolutely breathtaking, and the house was spotless and well-maintained. The host was incredibly easy to communicate with, making the whole experience stress-free. If you’re traveling with kids, there’s no need to worry about them getting bored—the safe swimming waterfront is perfect for them. We’re already looking forward to returning next year and would highly recommend this place to any water-loving holidaymakers!

Peaceful paradise

A comfortable house with stunning views! There is a small but lovely beach just a couple of hundred metres up the road that is ideal for young children. Raymond Island is divine - safe, quiet, lots of wildlife to watch including koalas just a couple of houses up the road. Bring bikes if you can as it is a 2km easy walk from the ferry but the little legs in our group tired quickly. Would highly recommend Ginny’s Cafe in Paynesville for brunch.

Amazing sunset view and more

Fabulous place for walks, biking, fishing and paddle boarding - we watched our adult kids enjoying the water from the balcony. Local wildlife at the door; koala, swans, kangaroos and pelicans. Comfy beds and plenty of space. The internal stairs can be tricky so I’d keep this in mind if holidaying with anyone with mobility issues as kitchen and main living space is upstairs. We’d return here again.

I can’t answer that because we didn’t see any one in person.Nobody came to clean the place nor change the sheets and towels.There was accumulated dust in many places which is not good for people with allergies.Location is really good the interruption with wildLife is amazing.We noticed there is no speed limit sign people drive too fast the shires should address that.Overall we enjoyed every minute of it.

Relaxing weekend

I was welcome to a warm home, the owner left the heater on for us for our welcome. Location was great. House was a perfect little home. The only thing I would recommend if anyone is doing any cooking to bring a sharp knife. It was quite hard to cut the meat with the knives. Other then that. Had a great weekend

Uncomfortable

Great house with many shortfalls. Uncomfortable beds Woodpile full of dirt and wasp’s no kidding cut up doors that wouldn’t open because of rot. Dirty cooking equipment Cheap toilet paper one ttowel a quarter of a cloth for dishes towel rack falling off wall It’s the little things that make a stay great sadly this stay fell short but the view’s and island where great.

Excellent stay

The location is fantastic, the host was super easy to communicate with and the house is great! With the added bonus of being able to moor the boat out front. We had an excellent week staying here Thanks.

Great little getaway with our family and sailboat

Warm, cosy, relaxed home. Beautiful views. Very convenient having the jetty to moor the boat when not in use. Games room was excellent for teenagers. Great walks around the island. Quiet pace. Communication with the owner was very smooth. Loved our stay! Thanks!

Island paradise true to name.

The most comfortable cozy spacious well stocked place. From fesh white towels ti board games in the closet. Perfect for an ideal getaway.
