We stayed here for a bachelorette party and it was absolutely perfect! So much space for everyone, it was so nice, clean and to top it all off, views were amazing! We used the private chef services and it was everyone’s favorite night of the trip!

Clean, modern space in a perfect location

The property had a large common area with games and ample sleeping space. The modern appliances made the stay comfortable and the location was extremely convenient!

Great place. Tons of room for our group. Probably could use a little TLC. One pool cue had a tip. Main fridge was broken for our entire visit. Dishwasher not anchored to cabinets. Easy things to tune the place up a little

18th Birthday Getaway

This hotel is a hidden gem with beautiful views. The executive room was spacious with really nice art and comfortable beds. The kitchen is huge with top of the line appliances. Pool table in the room is an added bonus. We came to Denver for our sons 18th birthday to watch a baseball game. From the moment of booking the staff especially Gina was very much accommodating and professional along with recommendations on catering ideas. We chose Britt who made us a delicious dinner. Definitely will say it’s one of the nicest rooms I’ve stayed in for a hotel. We will be back!

Amazing Place

This place was spacious and in a very convenient location, which was exactly what we were looking for with a large group. The interior was very modern, especially the kitchen, and we got lots of use out of the billiards table. Highly reccomened and would definitely stay here again when visiting Denver, CO!

Great place for multiple use

My team was coming into downtown Denver for a group meeting and the cost of hotel room was so high that I looked for comfortable place to relax and work in the evening after work. This place served more than that. Aside from comfortable beds, great bathrooms and kitchen, and huge open space, the place was great to host the team meeting. My team enjoyed the ability to move around, to see the presentations on the big screen TV and to run smaller breakouts. It felt more like a family gathering while we were doing business; the team engagement was much better than in tight office meeting rooms. I would highly recommend this place.

The place was beyond what we expected. So amazing. Only thing i have to suggest is that the check out time be an hour later. 10am hits hard after a fun night lol. But it is hard to find anything wrong with this amazing place!!

Don't Stay Here - Dirty

The night we checked in I discovered that the bed had unchanged BLOODY sheets. Which in addition to being extremely gross, is quite scary to think they didn’t clean the place during a pandemic. It absolutely affected our first night. We assume that since one set of sheets was not changed…it's highly likely they did not change any of the beds. While they did change the sheets the next day, once I requested it, they also promised to give us a discount and, since we checked out, they have not responded to my multiple voicemails and text messages. When paying this amount per night I expect clean sheets at a minimum. If that isn’t enough, there is a small make shift homeless area across the street. We had to call 911 during our second day due to the people fighting in the street. There is a main thoroughfare close to the house and can be quite noisy when sitting on the balconies. And lastly, the location of this property is across the street from the jail. Something I wish I had known before renting. I recommend looking for rentals in the LoHi area. Lots of great restaurants, walking paths, etc.

Good for a large group

We rented for three nights. Were able to serve dinner for our niece who was getting married. The sirens were louder on Friday night disturbing my sleep. Plumbing in bath needs attention but didn't bring it to managements attention until leaving, I'm sure they would handle it right away if i had. Great management and handyman. There is NO parking provided but lot behind building isn't too bad, but for sale so likely not to be available forever. Excellent kitchen with top of the line appliances, comfortable beds.

Nice place

This was a beautiful property but there is serious homeless problem surrounding it. Of course, not the properties fault but thought people should be aware. Literally have to walk around homeless camps set up on sidewalk. Very sad to see. The property had excellent kitchen and comfy beds.

Views & Convenience

This place is huge. Our stay here was extremely convenient, from the location to accomodations for 9 adults. The views were also amazing to wake up to. Thanks to Melanie for being helpful with everything, and I'd hope to use this property again soon!

Beautiful Home, but...

This home is very beautiful and centrally located to everything you want or need to do. The downfall there are constant sirens, yes they cannot help it but it is super loud and it happens all the time. We stayed Friday night through Sunday morning and there was constant partying going on either at the club that is attached or on the rented rooftop. There were constant people going up and down the stairwell and we could not sleep. There is a club attached to the building and there were a lot of times going in and out of the building at night people smoking weed, which occasionally is fine but all the time. Once we got back home got a call that they were accusing us of stealing a pillow. Pretty much sure if you are spending this much on a rental, there is no stealing involved over a cheap pillow. We are 4 ER nurses going to visit doctors that used to work in our hospital and this is how we are treated. We left the house in great condition, clean, and in fact, did not even use 2 of the beds, so they didn't have to clean as much. Lastly, they have covered parking to this unit but they want to charge you for it. With this price and everything they had to offer, I would think they would include that with the unit. If we had to come back to this town will not be staying here again. It is a gorgeous unit, clean, and has a great location but the treatment and the overall experience I will choose someone else.

As Good as it Appears in the Photos

This is an excellent property - both in terms of the amenities and location. The Condo is very spacious and the kitchen is excellent with all Subzero/Wolf appliances that are in great working order. We cooked a few nights and the kitchen space is laid out for entertaining. Would like to have a bigger frying pan would be my only recommendation. The bedrooms are really large with comfortable bedding. The washer and dryer are excellent as is the TV. There is amazing views 360 of downtown Denver, and its walking distance to pretty much everything. I think we will try to stay here again when we visit our daughter who lives in the area, since its just such a comfortable space. Management also left a great sanitation care package with masks, hand sanitizers and disinfectant so the guests can take extra precautions due to the current pandemic.
