Family friendly central cottage

This property is in the most central location you could possibly want. Located only 50 meters away from the main shopping center.
Walk to the Golf, Bowling RSL and Workers clubs as well as the many restaurants and Pubs.
You have three Queen bedrooms and a sofa bed in the lounge room.
The bath room is family friendly with a bath for the kiddos or those of us that like to have a soak.
Large laundry with washer and dryer and room to store all those suit cases and bags to keep you room free of clutter.
There is a large fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar with 3 stools and a dining table with room for 6 diners.
The home is furnished with a mix of new and vintage pieces giving it a beautiful homely feeling you will feel at home in.
The property has a reverse cycle air conditioner in the kitchen dining area and an additional gas heater in the lounge room.

There is off street parking and a small enclosed yard.

We had a lovely stay stay in Goulburn. Tracy is a wonderful host. Check in was easy and the house was clean, tidy and beautifully warm for a very chilky weekend.

This cosy cottage was beautifully prepped for a family stay. Our host considered everything we might need; from bathroom amenities to kitchen basics. Each bedroom was cosily appointed with soft blankets and warm lamps, the living room had comfy cushions, and an easy-to-use TV, whilst the bigger family area near the kitchen was laid out in a perfectly communal way with lots of space for food prep and simply being together. It just felt like home (but a bit more special).

Lovely little cottage, conveniently located just off of the main street. The rooms are large and the beds are comfy. The newly added ducted a/c was a god-send - kept the house nice and cool on the 40deg days we stayed there.

From the outside, the place looks like an 'Old School' country house, but the inside is lovely & modern. It's very central to most things you need. There's a shopping centre directly across the street. Three clubs within a 2 minute walk, & the place is nice & quiet. It has a fully equiped kitchen so you can cook your own meals. For those from warmer climates, there's ducted air-conditioning & a split system in the kitchen to keep the place nice & warm. For those of you with device addicted children, the Wi-fi works great. I wouldn't hesitate this property to anyone, & I wouldn't hesitate Tracy as a host. her communication is great & prompt! If we're back in Goulburn again, we will definitely staying here again!
