Nick was a great host, very accommodating. We were only there for the nights but the quiet riverside location would be fantastic for a relaxing bbq, GnT time away

Sunny peaceful location

Clean and tidy, excellent communication from the host. We arrived late Nick was very accommodating leaving the door unlocked and the light on.

A delightful property, very quiet and private. The sitting room was enormous! The host was amenable and did his best to ensure everything was in order. Lots of nice touches such as the provision of ground coffee and a cafetière and home grown tomatoes. A table for outdide dining would have bern good.

2 night stay

The steep narrow steps down to the unit were challenging. Lots of noise from upstairs from around 6am. Probably more suited to younger people.

Thanks for that feedback Bernard. There are 2 access points to the apartment. The other is more suited for those who find steps challenging. This is made known with a sign on the access point you used. I take note of the 'noise from upstairs' in the early morning and apologies for that. You are the first guests to mention this. Apart from these 2 points I trust you found the apartment comfortable and it suited your requirements.

good spot

The setup was perfect for us, no problems, suited us well.The bookabach platform pretty much sucks though, I would not have been able to communicate with the owner at all if I had not got creative and found their contact independently - I would use bookabach again only as a desperate act of last resort. Good luck to you all.

Lovely river-side property

Friendly owner, basics provided. Clean and warm. Had use of kayaks which was a big bonus. Would stay again

Beautiful River!

Right next to a beautiful river, and the owner let us use his kayaks! So great, our kid (and us) loved that!

Hidden gem in its own backyard

Staying here was the most peaceful experience. It was a pleasure to meet such lovely people and a magnificent dog of the owners. The property was like a bungalow in the woods and yet it was simply his backyard the owner had out love and hard work into. Is a recommendation for all who want to experience the underside of town.

Love that the property was on the river. It was a beautiful setting. Loved not being in the bustle of town or motel mile. Very well set up, very good host.
