This property was a lovely spot within walking distance of downtown Fredericton. We traveled as a family and there was enough room for the four of us, although we did spend most of our time out on adventures.

We enjoyed our stay here!Perfect to be able to walk many places….we walked to the farmers market which was amazing. It was great and we enjoyed our stay & touring Fredricton.

Cute place in a great location. Located in a nice, quiet neighborhood within short walking distance to shopping and food. We got to-go food and ate on front porch which was pleasant. Only stayed one night. If I had anything to note was that beds were US full-sized so my husband and I slept separately for comfort. Didn’t prefer that but sleeping in same bed would have been a challenge. Minor complaint but something to note if you are larger or are travelling with more than two people. Would definitely stay again. Pleasant stay.

Very nice older home, could be a lot more cleaner, also need pillows as they were gross. Just some FYI. Pillow protectors should be a must Beds are small for 2 people blankets not big enoughVery stuffy in the bedrooms but can’t open windows there is no screens to keep the bugs out. Overall it is well located near shops and nice walk to St John River and parks.

great stay in fredericton

We were very happy with our stay in this apartment, it had all the basics required to be comfortable, is nicely renovated, and great location. We also enjoyed the record player and vinyl selection.

Great Location

We needed somewhere close to the university and this fit our needs perfectly. It is also with walking distance of downtown. The home was very comfortable and clean. Would recommend.

Very comfortable & convenient stay

Just finishing up one week and I have to say the central location was incredible, plus this neighborhood in downtown Fredericton was quiet and very peaceful. The accommodations were clean and just the right size for four adults. For what we needed this was ideal. Definitely look forward to returning.

Highly recommend!

Cosy-minimalist is how I would describe this lovely spot. Great accommodations, amazing location, and helpful hosts. It's my home-away-from-home for work. All the amenities needed, plus awesome records for winding down!

Shivering songs + cozy Vrbo stay

I was visiting Fredericton for a local music festival and my stay at this vrbo rental made it all the better. Walking distance to all the hot spots as well as safe and secure. Felt just like home.
