We loved the whole place so much, plenty of space and the team was great at communicating! Only thing was the pull out couch in the upstairs was a really hard place for two people to sleep as it is totally in the open part of the upstairs and the bed itself was extremely uncomfortable. Overall we had a great experience though the rest of the house is perfect for a large group

My friends & family really enjoyed having my bachelor party here. Place was clean & had a ton of character, In-law unit in the back was super nice as well. Great location, Quick to downtown & about 8 mins from lake austin for a party boat adventure. Pool was great too.The location backs up to a creek and everyone got eaten alive so bring/buy bug spray! Also We had about 15 ppl & felt like it was perfect but 20 may feel tight especially of there’s only guys like my group. (Non of us wanted to triple up on a king. Lol.) Great place & perfect for large parties. Highly recommend.
