Great place to stay while in Mammoth. Located in a very quiet area and easy access to nearby lakes and hiking trails. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. Kitchen well equipped. Very clean. Tastefully decorated.

Great location, very close to the slopes

We had a great time and enjoyed the place, the only thing that we believe should be improved is the quality of the mattress and pillows other than that, the place was great!

Great location and well furnished!

We really enjoyed the property. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was well appointed. The snow/melt freeze was hazardous but there was little that could be done.

Great location!

Cozy cabin/condo with amenities. Walking distance to the village and few minute driving to the lakes. Little dusty but overall clean.

Excellent location to canyon lodge lifts

An easy walk to the Canyon lodge and ski lifts. Also easy walk to Village Gondola for a quick trip to the village for lunch. The cabin is roomy and comes with two door garage ( awesome since we were in a snow storm) close driving distance to restaurants, grocery store ect. Overall great place, it is on the third floor ( 30 steps up) but manageable.

Great place. Very clean. Large. Remodeled. Warm. Felt very comfortable. Very short walk in ski boots to Canyon lodge. Kitchen was well equipped. Beds were very comfortable with soft sheets and pillows. My family was very happy with their stay. Bathrooms were spotless. Nicely furnished. Very high quality rental. :)

Great condo right next to Canyon Lodge

Spent 4 nights at this condo in Mammoth with my family and we had a great time. The home was very comfortable (and warm) which was important because we were there during a big storm and had to spend pretty much 2 full days inside with 4 adults and 2 little ones. Fireplace was wonderful and kept us warm the whole time. The snow was shoveled off of our steps once a day which was really nice too and unexpected. Great stay and would love to come back!

The property was remodeled nicely, however the listing stated private barbecue, which is a public one and located far from unit. The listening did not state that it is an upstairs unit with multiple stairs until check in information was sent. Unfortunately, the property manager located at the unit was rude. He ticketed our trucks twice with stickers difficult to remove, after I stated our vehicles were too large for the garage. His wife only gave us one parking pass. Parking was not an issue at all due to the low occupancy of the complex, but he continued to ticket our trucks twice. We enjoyed our stay and the Mammoth management company was helpful and responsive.

Mammoth Condo

We enjoyed staying at this condo for our visit to Mammoth for a ski trip recently. The location was perfect for walking to the slopes, and the condo itself had everything we needed. It was a great size for our group and clean. The one thing that could have been improved was the check-in and check-out process - we had to get the keys and drop them off at a different location, and it would've been a lot more convenient if we could have had keyless entry or some option like that. We would definitely stay again in the future!

Beautiful mountain condo

Overall a great property and experience. Clean, nicely appointed, comfortable. The loft had two beds and my kids loved it, but be aware that the loft counts as one of the three bedrooms. Kitchen was well-stocked with things like olive oil and spices. Only minor complaint is that we ran out of toilet paper and couldn’t find more. Not a big deal.

Beautiful house at an amazing location!!

I organize an annual moms getaway to Mammoth every winter and booked this house for 6 moms. It’s beautiful and clean and the beds are soooo comfortable! It was exactly what we needed. We walked to Canyon Lodge and back each day no problem. The bedrooms, kitchen, living room and bathrooms are all gorgeous! I had read the reviews about the stairs and was nervous but they were clear of ice and snow for our stay. It is two stories which is tough unloading your car given the altitude, but totally worth it once you’re settled in. We will definitely be back!!

Mammoth Lakes

Overall this unit was nice. We were surprised at the number of flights of stairs to reach the front door. Had we been disabled or in less physical condition we would not have been able to stay at this location. Also, the unit was listed as three bedrooms, it should say two bedrooms and a loft.

This unit is spacious and appears to have been recently updated and well kept. It also we well stocked with all the kitchen essentials (which not all places seem to be). The only bummer is the stairs after a long hike or ride, but they're up-front with that in the description, and they're really not that bad.

Loved everything about the rental except the stairs leading to the unit which were covered in snow and a slip hazard - even though they cleared it up regularly. Amazing family memories made

The condo was close to Canyon lodge for easy walking while carrying their things. We loved the view out the living room windows each morning and watching the squirrels play in the trees. Although it was on the third floor it was the perfect stretching we needed after a long day on the slopes!!!! Thank you for allowing my family to make wonderful memories, we look forward to renting next year

We enjoyed our stay very much!There are only a couple downsides: the WiFi is spotty (not a problem while on vacation). The loft is open to the living roomSo doesn’t offer too much privacy. And the unit is way up on the third floor with only outdoor stairs as access. Other than those small things, it was great!The furniture and beds are comfy and the place was very clean. Overall I would definitely stay here again!

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo has newer furniture and appliances. Everything was in nice working order. Condo has MANY stairs 29 in fact! Not for out of shape or elderly(need to let renters know this in description!!! Nearest trash can are a good hike and so is pool and bbq( also up hill with lots of stairs. Beds were comfy except trundle bed( probably fine for child not adult).
