A lovely house for a family holiday

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We really enjoyed our stay here. The house had everything we needed (linen, kitchen basics and a great selection of dvds. It’s location is perfect, just up the road from the op shop (a must visit) and close to the beach, skate park, playground and cafe.Please be aware the property doesn’t have wifi, so if you need to do any work whilst there you’ll have to find an alternative option to connect to the internet. We weren’t able to use the bbq as it was rusted, and the garage door was open when we came back from a morning out one day which was odd as we hadn’t used it. The blind in the kitchen also wouldn’t go down, which made the warmer afternoons hotter in that space.

Great trip away fishing with mates

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was in a good location for us, walking distance to the pub, coffee shop and Bowling club. It is on a quiet street with 1 off street parking spot and on street parking for another car and boat. We found it was well stocked with cooking equipment, but luckily we bought some knives as we couldn't find any for preparing meals, while there was plenty of cutlery. We caught and cooked fish every day for dinner. The fridge and freezer are large enough for beer and food. the view from the back balcony is great and enabled us to check the ocean and winds before deciding to go fishing. The house was clean and tidy and there is plenty of room in the lounge and dining area. We had trouble connecting our mobile devices to the TV as there is no router on the network and ended up watching football on an iPad

Property was as described

Overall very good but the bed in the main bedroom needs replacing as it didn’t provide a good nights sleep at all. Otherwise no problems staying again.

The only negative was we couldn’t get channel nine on tv for the footy (state of origin 3)

Harrington beautiful

It was at a great location, we needed a place we could feel relax in. Our stay was lovely. Just before Xmas my Mum passed away and we needed to clean out her home in Murray st, so your place was just perfect for all of us to stay at. I have left a few extra tea towels as a thank you. We used your tea towels at first then I washed all the tea towels and left you some extra. Mum loved collecting them and we had so many that I gave you some. I hope we left the place as we found. Thanks again for the use of the house. Regards The Portelli family

Peaceful ocean views

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is second time we have stayed here. It is located convenient to family for Christmas celebrations. There are a few maintenance issues - sticky doors and an ongoing issue with the double bed in the second room. It totally collapsed the second night of our stay. My husband repaired it but it is an inferior quality bed. The air conditioner in the lounge area is excellent but without fans in the bedrooms it can quite warm at night. We brought our own fans with us.Overall the location is great, the house had everything we needed and we had a wonderful stay.

Comfortable spacious home away from home

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have family in Harrington so used this home for our Christmas stay. It was in a great location with amazing views. We saw the best ever Harrington sunset from the balcony on Christmas Eve. Our stay was lovely and relaxing with the house catering well for our extended family. There were a few things needing attention and fans would be great in the bedrooms but overall the furnishings were on good quality and our stay was most enjoyable.
