• Little Manly Beach is normally very peaceful during the week, but on a sunny weekend day it can be busy! Luckily you have your private garden to retreat back to!
• Luxurious furnishings and fittings - expertly styled by an interior designer.
• Due to the property's strong foundations and walls, it can be difficult to get normal phone signal ( i.e. 3G, 4G or 5G) inside the house. This is a great excuse to switch off and enjoy some quiet time!
• Guests to provide own pods for Nespresso Machine.
• The formal lounge fireplace is not in use for fire safety reasons. There is split system air conditioning for heating / cooling throughout.
• There are security cameras around this property (common areas) and inside (not in private areas). These are not monitored during guest stays.
