As per usual a great stay, safe location, superb accommodations, friendly staff and perfect location. We will definitely be travelling back.

Great location, friendly neighbors

We stayed for 3 nights and had a very enjoyable time. Property management team was very engaged in making sure everything met our needs. Building staff were friendly along with the other tenants. Loved the roof top pool.

Excellent stay at the Tiffany House Condo rental. Great location to restaurants, bars, water taxi, Hugh Taylor Park and Beach. Two great pools to relax with great views from rooftop pool/bar. Excellent staff service at this building. I would highly recommend it! Bike rentals available at hotel next door, and beach access only two blocks away. Lovely views! Good host communication as well.

Just as described

Really enjoyed our stay here. Just as shown and described in listing. Great location. We were close to the beach and everything we needed to go to the beach was supplied. Close to lots of good restaurants. Would definitely stay again!

Great

Great place and location. Highly recommend. $25 daily parking fee was the only unpleasant surprise.

Apt was immaculate, very well stocked with utensils, linens, towels, etc. Instructions and communication with property manager after check in was easy and prompt, especially once I was able to download the Condo management app. Once I received the fobs in the condo, I no longer had to use the app anyway. 2 blocks to beach and small view of water.All beach gear provided, which was nice, and even a yoga mat.Acoustics were excellent, and bathroom was well-appointed. Linens were fine, and extra blankets, etc. were provided.Property does need to have at least one baking pan and cookie sheet.

Everything was great with the exception of our check in. We arrived at 1:00am and the front desk attendant did not have our reservation or any of our paperwork. She contacted the management company and they worked it out fairly quickly. It wouldn't have been so bad if it hadn't been so late though. Aside from that, the unit was great. Service was excellent and the location was as well.

Another wonderful stay!

The only reason we don't want to leave a 5 star rating is because we don't want future guests to reserve the unit when we want to stay again. :) In all seriousness, our unit was clean and had absolutely everything we needed during our stay. It was just like we were in our own house during a beach vacation. Archie and Melanie were extremely helpful prior to booking. We did not meed anything throughout our stay since everything was perfect. However, if we needed something, we are confident it would have been addressed. Though, we did reach out about a late checkout and it was granted for a reasonable fee. This provided us another half day on the beach. All in all, we had a wonderful stay and would recommend Newman hospitality.
