Very nice home and location

We really enjoyed the pool and hot tub. House was a good value for the money. Would stay here again.

The property was in great shape. The only thing I would suggest is maybe replace the mattresses.

We made the right choice!

The house was short walk to the beach. The three levels worked well for our family. The sleeping levels gave us privacy. The top level we spent time together. We shared meals at the large table. The decks were awesome. Everything was lovely. Very nice!

Great property. Largely kept up well. Accurately described. Communication from management company was good and they were very responsive to a couple (minor) maintenance issues. What keeps me from rating 5 stars is that there was an extremely small amount of consumables provided. 1 roll of toilet paper. A mostly empty roll of paper towels. Zero extra kitchen trash bag liners. No trash back liners combined with no garbage disposal is asking for a plumbing issue, btw. If we had known there would be a lack of all these things, we could have come prepared.
