Villa Marilu Praiano

We are in the hearth of Amalfi Coast.
Our villa is a bright and elegant indipendence house which faces the sun and the sea.
We would like to point out that to reach the house you have to go up a flight of stairs (about 60) and a pedestrian path, about 10 minutes walking from street level.
From the villa you will enjoy an anchanting view of the sea and Pariano coast.
Surrounded by greenery , You can relax in our large gardens equipped with a solarium chairs and enjoy an almost surreal peace.

The villa is 230 square meters (2475 square feet ).
The villa is an independent property of three levels.
With a small flight of stairs from the main entrance you have access into a beautiful lounge with comfortable sofas, TV, a large window and a terrace with amazing views.
The dining room is also located in this same level together with a large and well equipped kitchen with access to the terrace.
It had 3 double bedrooms, one room with two sigle bed and an extra single sofa bed , 4 bathrooms , a large living room , a fitted kitchen with a dining table, air condizioned in all room and wifi access.
Perfect for families, can accommodate up to 9 people

We are at the center of the village with a grocery store and one restaurant at 100mt (330 feet). A sigle flight stairs take you to the stop of the bus to Positano. (165 feet),
yet you can find near a pharmacy, an atm and other restaurant .
The closest beach (marina di Praia) at 2,5km. (1,5miles)
