This is in a quiet neighborhood, with easy bus service to the Central Business District. Very clean, very well stocked, well equipped including dish washer, clothes washer and dryer. All the kitchen tools you need, more spices than in any rental we have used and the kitchen knives were sharp! The host was very responsive and we had xn excellent 9 nights.Thanks again!

The unit was very clean and quite spacious.The welcoming basket was full of goodies, the fridge contained milk, cheese, butter, bacon and wine. The pantry was full of anything one might require.Close proximity to the city, Norwood Parade, Unley and Hyde Park. Plenty of cutlery and crockery.

This is our 2nd stay at Marcus’ rental unit at Fern Ave . We felt so much at home with all the facilities that come along with it. Highly recommended for those visiting Adelaide and requiring temporary accommodation.

Home from Home in ideal location.

This is a very well equipped and comfortable property in a lovely suburb with easy access to the centre of Adelaide. Marcus is very kind and helpful, and we could not have done better.

My friend and I stayed here for six weeks, and everything was perfect! Marcus was an amazing host, every little problem we had was fixed the same day! We even got a brand new stove just because one burner wasn’t working properly. We have nothing bad to say about this place. Thanks, Marcus, for everything! :))
