Great property, very homely

In a quiet neighbourhood, but really close to town and mountain bike park. Really well equipped and great layout for families. Property so perfect for family pet as fully fenced but lots lf space. We loved it.

Spacious, Clean, Wonderful

We had an absolutely lovely time here. The property is clean and comfortable, with plenty of space in each bedroom and an awesome shared area for dining and relaxing/watching movies. The property owners are so kind and helpful, and quick to reply. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again! Thank you!!

The perfect place to stay for your family. Great location, clean, super responsive host!

This home is absolutely perfect for a stay in Rotorua. As soon as we walked in we loved it. It's very spacious, had everything we needed for our stay and the host is amazing. So responsive and amazingly helpful. The home is clean and you can tell a lot of thought went into making it a comfortable place to stay. Plus a nice big yard to play in and a fully stocked kitchen. Thanks so much for a great stay! My family will be back for sure.

Home away from home.

We throughly enjoyed our stay. The house was lovely, immaculately clean, and beautifully presented. There was plenty of space for our family of six and we enjoyed a very comfortable stay. The home is well laid out and could easily accommodate several more people. Everything we needed was on hand; the hosts thought of absolutely everything! There were so many special little touches that made us feel very welcome. The location was tucked away in a quiet street but close to all amenities, including shops and restaurants. Communication with the hosts was wonderful and they were very responsive. Couldn’t be happier!
