Spacious one bedroom apartment with stunning views over Myers Park. Quiet, leafy outlook and only a few minutes walk to Queen Street, K Rd, the Civic Theatre and Aotea centre. Everything you need in the heart of Auckland City.

Freshly refurbished with tropical flare this private apartment located within a hotel complex is comfortable and stylish. Its two balconies offer park and city views. It faces away from the road making it a quiet & tranquil location for the city centre.

The kitchen is set up for basic cooking with a stove top and convection microwave that grills and crisps as well. Bench top oven available on request.

The living room is spacious and has a smart TV so you can login to your Netflix as well as loads of free channels. A fold out sofa bed is available for extra guests - one comfortably.

Enjoy waking up to a tree lined view in the spacious bedroom with Queen bed and TV with all free view channels.

There is a washer/dryer in the apartment.

The outdoor pool area has a colder pool and a spa pool for warm soaks with park views.

The gym is conveniently located on the basement floor with a small selection of machines and weights.

Tranquility in the city

Treetop vistas of Myers Park with views of Auckland highrises and plenty of birdsong contribute to the excellent experience of staying in this apartment. Hannah, the owner, provided clear instructions for check in and was also responsive and incredibly helpful. It's easy to access the CBD and Harbor District by foot. This urban apartment met all our expectations. The hot tub and exercise room on premises were bonuses.

Home away from home

This was our first VRBO experience and it could hardly have been better. The apartment was totally charming. The location was great. And we loved every day there. We spent 31 days and Hannah was fantastic and super responsive! If we get back to Auckland, we would definitely love to stay here again.

Great place, central location

We enjoyed our stay in Auckland, and this apartment was perfect. It is in a central location, and there are nice shops and restaurants a quick walk away. Our communication was clear and timely, and the apartment was clean and well stocked. Highly recommend.

Cute and in a great location

The apartment is very clean and well set up, with everything you might need to do some cooking during your stay, and I greatly appreciated access to a washer/dryer. It's a great location (less than 10 mins walk downhill to the Aotea Centre), was reasonably quiet and overlooks a park. Hannah was a very helpful host - I would definitely choose City Stays again.

Lovely stay in the City of Auckland

Property was just as advertised, very clean and access was easy. We were able to procure on-site parking for the 3 nights which was a great help. Hannah was very helpful in this regard. Would recommend

Charming apartment

Enjoyed the space- it was comfortable and was nice to enjoy time on the balcony overlooking the park. Also nice to have access to the pool and hot tub. Would stay here again.

They are fully self-contained and have fresh linen and toiletries. I travel a lot and so know how important it is to have a clean, comfortable and welcoming space to come back to after a busy day.

I renovated this property myself and love its stunning view over the park. Its quiet yet still right in the city centre. Its furnishings are fresh, fun and comfortable. I love having a hot soak at the end of the day, so the outdoor space with park views is a real treat.
