The Space:

Little Magic (Berry) Tiny House by Tiny Away is a Permaculture working farm stay accommodation located 2 hours south from Sydney. Nearby are Berry and Shoalhaven Heads which provide easy access to Seven Mile Beach, and Jervis Bay is just 30 minutes away.



A cozy 190-square-foot tiny home with a queen-sized bed up in the loft and a couch on the ground floor. It has easy access to water, split air conditioning, a kitchenette, cooking equipment, and excellent bathroom facilities. These amenities include an eco-friendly compost toilet, hand basin, and shower (gas-heated for hot showers).



NOTICE TO ALL GUESTS: The private road leading to the property is unsealed and is not suitable for low profile cars. You are more than welcome to have a romantic fire in the outside fire pit (subject to weather and RFS FDR) We kindly request that guests refrain from having any open flames (candles etc.) in the Tiny House.



Guest Access:

Guests will have access to the Tiny Home and the whole property with the exception of the main house, shed area and cabin (unless you are having one of Suzanne’s Signature Facials)



NOTICE TO ALL GUESTS: Electric Cars are welcome, we have a 15amp outlet for you to charge (15-20kms/hr) your car as well as 10amps outlet, bring your own charging cord. We are very sustainable, we generate most of our own power via solar, store it in batteries, collect our own water, recycle our waste and capture carbon and make oxygen via our trees.

Little Magic Tiny House by Tiny Away sits in the golden triangle of the Shoalhaven, surrounded by rural properties, with the Shoalhaven River to the south, the Pacific Ocean to the east, and the township of Berry to the west. Nearby Shoalhaven Heads provide easy access to Seven Mile Beach and Jervis Bay, NSW, is just 35 minutes away. Explore the ultimate farm stay getaway, centred on the food and wines of Shoalhaven, with bushwalking trails, beaches, swimming waterholes, golfing, and more.

Other Things to Note:

- Mobile reception is good

- We do a quick meet and greet

- There are plenty of romantic walking tracks along the beaches or in the bush

- Whale Watching season is between May and November, tours are available from Jervis Bay

- Plenty of Eateries, Wineries and Micro Breweries to tantalise your taste buds

- Situated in a rural setting and occasionally native wildlife in the area

- No pets are allowed on the property

- Unregistered guests or visitors are not allowed

- NO SMOKING ALLOWED on the farm or in the tiny house - CHILDREN (17years and under) ARE NOT ALLOWED due to abundant wildlife such as reptiles and insects that may be a danger to them

- We would like to advise guests that longer stays or later check-outs will incur an additional charge.

- For stays of 5 nights or more, an additional cleaning fee will be collected to help maintain the compost toilets and ensure a clean and fresh experience for all guests. We appreciate your understanding.



House guidelines to take note of:

- We are a Bird Watcher's Paradise with plenty of bird life on the farm and surrounding areas in the Shoalhaven

- You are welcome to "Walking on Country” on the farm within the fence boundary, have a picnic along the Ridge, near the spring, not a soul around to disturb you, totally secluded, BYO Picnic Basket, Food and Drink

- We are a working permaculture farm under development, practicing sustainable and regenerative farming. You will see farm activities, you will see us going about the farm, there are also the usual farm noises, like chickens, rooster, cows and other farm animals, please do not physically interact with any farm animals they are not domestic pets and of course the wildlife, especially the birds that do their bird calling at sunset and dawn and often during the day, - We have one Maremma Livestock Guardian Dog, Dexter, as seen in the movie “Oddball". Their job is for the protection of livestock, in our case, chickens and us, so if they sense danger (like a fox), they will bark to alert us and let the predator know that they are here to protect us
