John is a great host and good communicator. Always willing to answer questions, happy to fullfil any requests and make local recommendations. Perfect location to explore Margaret River region and beyond. The studio is cosy and well thought out with a comfy bed, spacious shower and great kitchenette with everything you need including a coffee pod machine (and pods provided), fridge, microwave and sink. There is also a great bbq area. Added bonus of a plunge pool and sauna which got used every day. We loved all the attention and cuddles from Gianni the resident dog. Would highly recommend.

John is so welcoming, and I highly recommend staying here! He made our stay incredibly comfortable and relaxing, going above and beyond for us. He’s friendly, genuine, and always helpful with any questions. John was so knowledgeable about Margs and the surrounding region, sharing the best local recommendations to make our trip extra special. John and his pup were great! Always helpful when needed and invisible when not! Just perfect! We are early 70's and still romantic so the lovely "Suite 6" suited us down to the ground. Would recommend to any couple!

We had a brilliant 5 night stay at this property. John was a very welcoming host, nothing was too much trouble and we appreciated the lovely bottle of wine he gave us on arrival. Close to Margaret River township, it is easy walking distance, which I took advantage of each day. The studio is compact, but is well appointed with everything you need. The pool and sauna in particular were great and we made the most of them during our stay. Excellent bbq facilities, as well as being able to cook a proper meal, not just microwave something. Lovely outdoor area to enjoy some peace and quiet on the sun lounger, and we particularly adored the company of cute little Gianni, the chihuahua, who liked to snuggle up on it with me once I was settled with a glass of wine and a book. A really enjoyable stay and we look forward to coming back again. Thank you John and June.

Cozy room, comfy bed, very clean, sauna and pool included in the area of the studio. Great location in town, close to everything you need (5 minutes). The host (John) is very hospitable and takes a lot of care of his guests. Studio comes with everything you need for your stay, essential toiletries, coffee machine (with coffee pods and milk included), sink, micowave, toaster, kettle, kitchen utensils (plus extra cooking areas if needed). TV and Netflix provided by host. Really enjoyed our stay, would stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay. Everything was clean. It was too cold to use the pool, but it’s good to know that this place has a pool and lots of other things around to do. It was very close to the town center John was a fantastic host. We strongly recommend to stay there.

Our accomodation was fantastic… everything we could possibly need was available including the pool, sauna and ice bath. There is a lovely bush walk down the road, and it’s a short drive to the shops and restaurants. Also close to many Vinyards. John our lovely host was great with communication and gave us some hints and tips for restaurants and eateries. The small dog Gianni was an added bonus with extra cuddles.

The accommodation was as described and had a very pleasant outdoor area. All the facilities were clean and comfortable. John was very obliging. We had all that we could have wanted and having the outdoor area was a real bonus, specially the swimming pool and eating area.
