The Space:
Soak up the Martha Cove atmosphere from a modern apartment with a relaxing deck overlooking the harbour. Enjoy the many beautiful yachts at their berth while you prepare for a cozy night-in on the deck, warmed by the fire pit and relaxed by a glass of local wine. The interior of this waterside apartment is bright and stylish with a comfy lounge, 2 bedrooms with queen beds, & modern bathroom.
The Space:
Position perfect, this modern harbour side apartment is the ideal destination for a relaxing few days away from the hustle and bustle, positioned right on the waterside.
The apartment is modern and light filled with magnetic views of the Martha Cove harbour with it's many yachts and jetties.
The food area is not a full kitchen but is capable of prepping delicious meals with the inverter microwave, mini induction cooktop, mini electric BBQ (for use on the deck area), mini fridge and K-fee coffee pod machine.
There is free Wifi and all bedding and bath towels are supplied.
Suitable for a romantic few days away for 1 couple or a relaxing destination for 2 couples or a couple of friends. Sorry, but no children under the age of 7.
Upon application there is also the possibility of use of the attached boat berth at an extra charge–sufficient notice required.
No Schoolies or Party style bookings.
If you book and disregard the above then we reserve the right to cancel the booking, or ask you to vacate the premises immediately, with full loss of your payment.

The location and view in the photos are stunning and exactly what you get. We loved looking out onto all the boatsbon the marina, the deck, the fire pit, the short drive to Safety beach. It's not quite as described however because it's not a separate apartment but better described as an extended part of the owner's home, who live upstairs. Also some of the furniture is worn and dated and the linens could do with a refresh. Bathroom was stunning and looked brand new. Mattresses weren't that comfortable. Overall a great location and beautiful views.

Amazing Marina Views & Relaxing Vibes!
This place was a dream! The deck overlooking the marina was perfect for morning coffee and evening drinks. Super comfy seating, peaceful views of the boats and hills, and a cozy fire pit to top it all off. Everything was clean, stylish, and made for total relaxation. Can’t wait to stay here again!

Beautiful location!
We had a wonderful three-day stay at this property! The views from the property were absolutely stunning, with a direct line of sight to the marina. Waking up each morning to the sight of the boats and the water was a real treat. The space itself was comfortable and well-appointed, offering everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway with a beautiful backdrop.Thank you Robyne & John

Thank you for your feedback which is always welcome.
Harbourside is openly advertised as not having a full kitchen but as outlined it has inverter microwave, mini induction cooktop,mini fridge and an electric BBQ and previous guest have found it works well with prepping meals.

Lovely stay
Had a really lovely girls weekend away at Harbourside on the water!
The view was just beautiful, & the apartment was perfect for our needs. The welcome cookies & the fire pit were a welcome bonus! Whilst the start of our stay had terrible weather, it did not matter in the slightest, with a view like that! It was lovely to sit inside, or in the well set out undercover area & just watch the storm roll in! We were very happy with our choice of accommodation!

An immaculate, beautifully furnished apartment in an idyllic spot
We couldn't have chosen better accommodation for our last few nights of a month long trip to Australia.
Robin made us so welcome, even baking muffins for us:)
There was a slight hiccup with checking in but this seemed to have been down to a lack of communication from the booking agent.
We would certainly be back should we visit this part of the world again.

Lovely position overlooking the Marina
The north facing aspect of any property is a bonus and this property faced north with the view that way too. There were two bedrooms, one with a view and one not. The main living area featured a kitchenette, lounge, two lounge chairs a four seat dining table and TV. The TV had access to a number of internet services and we watched some content on Amazon Prime. The bathroom was spacious with a rain shower, large bath, vanity and WC. Plenty of space in the bedroom built in robes. The bed had a doona, a sheet and some blankets. So good to have a choice. There was a deck area with an electric BBQ and fire pit. You could also walk down onto the floating pier in front of the property.
We did feel the steps to access the property could do with some improvement.
You do need a car to give you access to restaurants, supermarkets and beaches etc. There was a nice walking path which took you around the marina development. We only made it a little way because it started to rain.
It’s easy access to the M11 freeway.
We had an evening meal at Le Feu in Mornington which was very good and not pricey. The accommodation is a good spot from which to explore the southern Mornington peninsula.

Relaxation
Amazing stay, wonderful views of the Marina and a fantastic property all in all. Our hosts were lovely and communication was great. A lovely touch with muffins and chocolates on our arrival. Our favourite part would have to be unwinding around the fire pit and enjoying the stunning surroundings. Thanks for a great getaway!
