Recently renovated house in quiet leafy surroundings..

The house is set in peaceful surroundings but is only 5 minutes to the beach, 2 minutes to the golf club and 5 minutes into town. Freshly renovated with modern décor to create an attractive space, so easy to live in. With a large backyard right next to the Merri River, the outdoor eating area has a very green outlook. A lovely walking track is just out the back beside the river, taking you all the way to the beach, only 20 minutes away, or west towards Port Fairy. Tea, coffee and basic kitchen supplies are provided.

The house was equipped with everything we needed. Very clean inside and tranquil garden space. A comfortable place to stay for a few days with the river, beach, and shops within easy reach.

The house is in a convenient location close to the CBD. The kitchen has modern appliances and was well stocked with utensils and cookware. We enjoyed the modern bathroom with walk-in shower. The garden is well maintained and provides an enjoyable view. There is a pleasant walk along Merri Creek.

Perfect family getaway

This property was the perfect base for our family to explore Warrnambool & surrounds. The house was modern, clean & had everything we needed. A great set-up that allowed us to have plenty of space.

Clean and lovely inside, pretty garden, lots of cookware and dishes to use, 1 block from a lovely river walk, short drive to the centre.

Fantastic family getaway

A wonderful little gem in Warrnambool. Very clean, homely and well equipped home. A home away from home. It has everything you need and is perfectly located close to all amenities and attractions. Perfect for a getaway with the family. Would highly recommend it. A big thank you to the wonderful host.

PERFECTION

Property would have to be the cleanest, best presented of any rental property we have stayed in. All utensils, linen, towels, crockery was of top quality. Property close to restaurants, shops and beach. Excellent backyard for children. netflix was a special treat for the children. Thoroughly recommend to any family visiting Warrnambool.

A great family friendly holiday destination! The house was conveniently located and immaculate with quality linen and super comfy beds. Everything you could need was provided and there was a great, safe back yard for little tackers. The owner, Philippa, was amazing! She went out of her way to make our stay exceptionally good. Definitely the best host we've ever come across.Thank you again, Philippa!

Wendy and family were wonderful guests. Wendy is very friendly, easy to get along with, and was very accommodating even when the ducted heating wasn't workng properly on their first night. Our house was left very clean and we would love to welcome them back any time. The best guests you could ever have!

Found home neat inside, plenty of crockery etc. Oversighted when making booking no cooling and 2 nights of 36 deg was not comfortable. Would hesitate to have young children in yard needs a lot of work on garden.

The kitchen was fully equipped with all mod cons, was clean and we cooked daily. Although we brought food with us it is a short trip to town with access to lots of shopping options.

Enjoyed our stay

Very clean spacious home in quiet area close to rail trail. Well stocked. BBQ works and came in handy. Kitchen is well supplied for home cooking too.

We love the position of the house, so close to the beach, within walking distance, and yet in a quiet spot with lots of green space and a lovely walking track close by.
