This was our first family vacation to Pensacola. Joe and Tina were excellent. They answered any questions we had and even had a little notebook with local restaurants with menus. The view was great from the house. The house was beyond our expectations. We can’t wait for our next visit!

We loved our experience with our kids and grandkids at “Happy Hour”. The owners have thought of everything to make the time there memorable. They were quick to suggest things to do and places to go. You are very close to the beach and it’s a lovely and relaxing place to be. We’re grateful to have gotten to stay there.

Our family has been to Pensacola beach many times, but this was the easiest and most comfortable stay we’ve had. The home is great, close to the beach, and had plenty for our family to enjoy while it was raining. The host was very hospitable. We cant wait to return!

What a great house! Six adults and two kids and plenty of room! The owner is amazing. It was a bit different in that Joe meets you to give you the keys and show you about the house. You absolutely do not need to bring anything. There are beach chairs, wagons, toys and towels. Even a kiddy pool. The downstairs hangout was fun. Corn hole and other games. We loved our stay but will wait a few years before booking again. It was a bit challenging with a one year old. Not child proof. But once she is a little older we will be back! One other small draw back for my family but not me...no TVs in the two queen rooms.

The property was amazing and well stocked! It has anything you can think of. The short walk to the shore is a game changer as you don’t 100 ft of beach to trudge through to get to your spot. We purposely chose this place hoping it was a quiet, family oriented, non crowded beach and this place fits the bill!

Joe was great, met us at the house and gave us a tour around to show us everything we needed. The house was in amazing shape and had everything we needed. The location was perfect just in front of the boardwalk so great access to the beach. We really liked the crows nest with the 360 view. Area was quiet and the beach was not too crowded.
