This well-appointed home can sleep up to 12 people, including 6 in the fun bunk room. It has 4+ bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms and an outdoor shower. It is equipped with cable TV and Wi-Fi. You can also stream shows and movies through Netflix.
First floor
First floor master bedroom with queen size bed and spacious master bathroom.
Game area with TV.
Roomy full bathroom.
Bedroom with queen size bed, which opens into a tranquil balcony; walk out to the water.
Ante-room with full-size futon and TV, which opens into a spacious screened deck. Watch sunsets from the swing!
Fun room with 3 bunk beds, and foosball table, ideal for kids and their friends.
Outdoor shower and changing room.
Dock with ladder to the water.

Second master bedroom with king size bed and spacious full bathroom.
Open concept gathering area with well-equipped kitchen, dining room, and living room with TV.
You can watch the sunsets from a more secluded open deck off the living room, a spacious covered deck with dining furniture off the dining room, or while grilling on the adjacent open deck. Propane gas grill is provided.
Fourth full bathroom off the kitchen.

From the second floor, you can enjoy one of the best water views in Ocean Pines - Mankin Creek and Jake's gut. For nature lovers, bald eagles, great blue heron, buffle heads, and river otters are frequently sighted. Bring your binoculars!
This home is a boater or kayaker's dream come true. Bring your boat or launch the kayaks or pedal boat provided right from the boat ramp and explore the river.
Ocean City, Fenwick Island, and Assateague Island are just a short drive away. Enjoy all the amenities Ocean Pines has to offer - private beach club (parking and facility use included), 5 swimming pools(entrance fee required), yacht club, tennis courts (fee), golf course (fee), and walking trails.

This home is the perfect place to build summer memories. One week will not be enough to enjoy everything this home has to offer!

This property is amazing! So well stocked/appointed, we needed nothing but clothes and beach towels. It was extremely clean and we had the best week! Close to everything. 10-15 mins from Ocean City Beach and Boardwalk based on traffic. The screened in porches were so great, we spent most of our at home time there. The host is incredibly responsive, within minutes. We loved every minute of our stay! Thank you for your hospitality!

Great Bay House

Great house, very well equipped, great views and very comfortable. The owner was very accommodating and we had a great vacation. Greta place to take a large family for a quiet getaway.

Wonderful beach house!

My family and I enjoyed our stay and we’re beyond impressed with the house set up. The water view was so beautiful and relaxing. Can’t wait to come back next year.

Amazing beach getaway

Absolutely loved this beautiful house! The description and photos are all accurate. The kids enjoyed being out on the kayaks and catching crabs. Will definitely be looking to book this yearly :)

Amazing house and views

We absolutely loved this house and views. The house is immaculate and incredibly well decorated. We loved the kayaks and enjoying family time on the porches. We'll definitely be back!

This Place is Fabulous

To say we enjoyed our stay would be such an understatement. The hosts have put so much thought and care into this home and we sincerely appreciated all of their efforts. Everyone had a comfortable place to stay and the renovations make it stylish and cozy. Thank you so much for giving us a place to make family memories.

Ken's home was absolutely wonderful with many modern updates. The view alone is worth the price of admisssion. We spent many hours enjoying the scenery from the screened in porches, kayaking, boating with a rented pontoon boat, and just being together. It was very comfortable and well-maintained. Communication with Ken was easy and he was extremely responsive.

Perfect Getaway

This property was better than I could’ve imagined. It had a layout similar to homes we’ve stayed in in OBX so it was unique to MD. The rooms were spacious and the bunk bed room was a hit with my kids. Our favorite part about the property was the view from the dock, the screened in porches and the kayaks. The hosts were so warm and welcoming and it just gave the perfect start to our trip. We’ll definitely be back for another wonderful stay.

Beautiful Property and Wonderful Hosts

We can't say enough nice things about this property. This home is beautiful with all the amenities you would need-from a well stocked kitchen, to fabulous bathrooms and outdoor spaces to relax and enjoy the views. When we had a questions, it was immediately answered by the owner/host. If we decide to vacation in Ocean Pines next year, this will be the first house we will check for availability.

Ocean pines vacation

We loved the property. We enjoyed the porch and water toys. (Boats) We really appreciated the wine, candy and bagels. We did miss having the use of the washer and dryer. We noticed that less paper goods were supplied. We loved that linens were supplied This is a beautiful home.

We’ve had it serviced and cleaned and will make it available again. We provide paper products to get guests started. We’re looking forward to hosting you again.

Loved our stay!

We absolutely love staying in Ocean Pines. This house is the perfect set up for the range of ages in my extended family. My sister's family has 3 young children and mine has 2. Along with our 5 kids, we comfortably fit my parents, brother and sister in law. This home provided enough space to enjoy some quiet fishing outside, but also a lovely space to enjoy morning coffee each day. Our highlight was watching the dolphins swim by one morning! The location is perfect for going to the grocery store, restaurants, Assateague, and Ocean City. This is our 2nd time staying here and we look forward to coming back again!

Sunrise pleasure

This is a beautiful property. Everything you need on vacation is supplied. The Decour is tasteful ,the house is spacious and can accommodate a large family comfortably. The property sits on a body of water where you can fish crab kayak canoe and enjoy Maryland without leaving home if you didn’t want to. The hosts have supplied everything. including passes to Assateague Island parking passes and treats at the local bakery. This is the place to stay.

We loved our stay in Ocean Pines!

We absolutely enjoyed our stay at Ken and Hazel’s place. We come to Ocean City every year and this is the best house we stayed in by far. Ken and Hazel have thought of everything one could need while on vacation. The house was clean and roomy enough for all 8 of us. The waterfront in the back of the property is perfect. We purposely come to Ocean City every year for crabbing and the crabbing was fantastic. We caught a bushel. The kids enjoyed the use of the kayaks and paddle boats. The neighborhood is quiet and neighbors are friendly. Highly Recommend this house for any family vacation. We will be back!!!! The Andrey & Murray Family
