Meticulously maintained 3 bedroom 2 bath corner unit. Kitchen is stocked with everything you need to prepare your family's meals. New granite counter-tops and stone back-splash. Bedrooms include 1 King, 1 Queen and 2 twins with an additional queen sleeper sofa in the living room. In unit laundry room. Central heat and air. Beautiful balcony with rugs, large table and six chairs for outside dining. Fireplace. There is 5 off-street parking spaces including 3 covered and 2 in the driveway. The unit is close to the beach and boardwalk.

** During our high season (June 1st - September 30th) We only accept weekly rentals with Check-ins on Saturdays.**

The layout of the condo was nice very large. The parking was also great with the garage central air and other positive. Also the distance from the beach and Boardwalk was awesome.

Very clean and modern 3 bedroom 2 bathroom condo approximately 5 minute walk to the beach/boardwalk. Master bedroom has a king sized bed with ensuite - other 2 bedrooms share a bathroom. The condo has a large shared garage with each unit fitting 2 cars/SUVs and parking in the driveway which was a huge plus since most streets in North Wildwood charge for parking. There is also a fairly new gas grill in the garage and a nicely furnished balcony. Overall we were extremely pleased with the amenities this unit offered. If we decide to rent in North Wildwood in the future this unit will be at top of our list.

Kathy was a fantastic host! Her place was pristine, super clean, and had an amazing deck that my friends and I loved hanging out on. Communication was seamless, and she was incredibly kind to let us check in early when a rainy day kept us off the beach. Thank you, Kathy, for your wonderful hospitality! We hope to stay in the future :)

Family fun in North Wildwood

Once again this beach house was perfect for our family vacation. This was our fourth stay at this property and it never disappoints. It feels like home away from home and the location is ideal! I highly recommend this property.

The location of this condo was perfect! Close to the boardwalk and safe. Communication with Kathy was easy. We had a great weekend and had everything we needed.

Great house perfect location!

This house is ideal for a family vacation! Close to the beach/boardwalk, restaurants and bars. Spacious condo big enough for 2 families. Host is easy to talk to and work with and responsive. Will rent again next summer!

Girls weekend

Family Vacation

We had a wonderful stay at Kathy’s house. The condo was clean, fully stocked with amenities. We enjoyed the quick walk to the beach and boardwalk. Check in was easy and Kathy was available by phone for any concerns. We had a great week!

North Wildwood Stay

The house was very comfortable and clean. We had everything we needed. The only suggestion I would make is upgrade the mattresses. The owner was very responsive and helpful.

Great Vacation Spot!

We had such a wonderful time at this beautiful property. Close to the beach and boardwalk. Very clean condo. Host was very responsive! The property is on the second floor, so there are four sets of stairs to get to the property if that is a concern to future bookers. Thanks Kathy for the wonderful stay and great memories!
