Family fall break vacation

Absolutely fantastic property! Plenty of space for a family of four. The balcony was perfection. Super clean and host was able to communicate extremely fast. Property is beachfront, but just west enough from Pier Park to be quiet. Definitely would stay again and highly recommend.

Amazing!

My husband and I had a wonderful stay at this awesome condo. The host has great taste and the condo was decorated above and beyond our expectations. Everything was very clean and closets and cabinets organized. Plenty of room to put your things. The kitchen was well furnished with items needed. Our favorite spot was the balcony. Loved the variety of furniture A high table and chairs to sit at and enjoy breakfast and a nice lounger for just relaxing and listening to the waves after sunset. The host was very quick to get back with us about any questions concerning our trip. We had a wonderful time and would recommend this condo to anyone who wants a “beachy” feel whether you’re in the condo, on the balcony or sitting at the ocean. Can’t wait to rent this place again sometime.

Much needed R & R!!

This condo was so beautiful and peaceful. The balcony was probably my favorite part. On our 1st day we saw 5 dolphins from our balcony. We will stay here again for sure!

Beautiful view!

Loved the view, balcony was our favorite place. King bed was very comfortable. Had issue with WiFi. The walk from car to elevator was sometimes difficult on my mother in law, but she had a good time.

Great time at the Beach

Tammy was very helpful and made our stay that much better. The condo was nice and clean with a great view and everything we needed for a nice vacation. Although I worry a little about the lack of a lock on the sliding glass door leading to the balcony. But someone would have to brave coming across the railing 14 stories up. I'd love to come back and stay again. The sofa could use an upgrade as I think too many people have sat in the same spot. Don't really like having to pay for parking but that's how it goes.

Perfect and clean

The condo was charming, clean, had everything we needed, and was plenty big enough for 3 adults and 3 small children. The balcony was the best part of the condo with a great view and comfortable seating. I highly recommend this place and we love to go back.

PCB getaway

Great experience. Right on the beach with great views. We saw dolphins on several days that were only a hundred yards from the beach. Quiet and well maintained property that’s close to the piers and pier’s park.

Perfect condo to rent

Everything was great I love the condo it was clean and ever was friendly if you had questions they answered. It’s was well equipped. Me and my family didn't want to leave in that short time I will definitely rent for a week thanks for the opportunity

Family trip

Love the place, view, and location, the area is very quiet, away from the traffic and not as crowded. The staff was really friendly and the place and unit is well taken care of. The condo is decorated very nice and the balcony is awesome.

This was my second stay. The owner keeps her condo very clean and equipped for a nice relaxing stay. I plan to stay here every year upon my return!

When we opened the door the condo had the smell of stale smoke..apparently the previous party had been smoking outside on the balcony at the high top table. Evidenced by the cigarette ash under the chair on floor. Bring a coffee maker, the only coffee maker is missing the basket. We spoke with the property manager who said their where filters in the cabinet to the left of microwave...the entire property is dated and not clean. Elevators were hit and miss..the elevator to the far right when facing worked 50/50..other than that enjoy..definitely less traffic on that end

Best Fall Break Trip Ever!

We absolutely LOVED this condo! Beautifully decorated and has so many "extras" that a lot of condos don't have. The kitchen cabinets were so well stocked, you could cook anything there! Our views from the 14th floor were AMAZING! The walk to the beach is short and sweet which is awesome when you haul so much! Free beach chairs was wonderful too! Bed in the master bedroom was SO comfy! And the futon bed on the balcony was GREAT! My 7 year old granddaughter and I slept on the balcony one night and it was FABULOUS! Great location too! Mike's Oyster Bar across the street was DELISH! I will probably rent this same condo again next year! And that's saying something since I've never booked a condo more than once! Kudos to the owner! The owner was very easily reached when I had questions before booking!

Our stay

We had a great time at your condo! It was well stocked, clean and homey. We did have 2 people slip in the master bathroom shower so something to make it less slippery might be helpful to others as well. Thx for your hospitality!

Our beach stay

Great condo with friendly office and security staff! The sliding door in the family room doesn't lock but not sure how necessary it is being on the 14th floor. It looks like there had been a prior leak in the master bathroom under the sink that had never been cleaned up in the cabinet. There were a few dirty utensils and plates. The whole place needs a really good dusting and floor mopping. Simple things that are easily taken care of. Nothing major and we absolutely loved our stay!
