Great location right near a children's park. Clean, comfortable home. The owner responded immediately when we asked for extra twin size sheets to use on an air mattress.

Perfect for going to JBLM

We had a reunion on JBLM. This house is right by the base so we were on in just minutes. No insane cleaning policy for check-out. Would definitely stay again.

Rangers family visit

Enjoyed our visit with our son/nephew. Got to see the Pacific coast and relax at the house. Great neighborhood and very cozy atmosphere. Beautiful yard also.Would definitely stay here again.

Great getaway

We really enjoyed this property for our yearly vacation. Everything was clean, well labeled and organized, and it was only a short drive to Seattle. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. Thank you Andy for a great place to stay!

Perfect for family

The DuPont guest house was perfect for our trip. Four family members stayed at the house and we had plenty of room to gather and have privacy. We visited family who live nearby and this house was perfect to have large meals and play games. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. The trail along the nearby creek to the sound was beautiful and peaceful. Andy is a great host and very responsive. The grocery store is a 15 minute drive. I placed an online order and then picked it up curbside so I did spend precious vacation time shopping for food. Will stay here again if in the area.

Excellent!

We had a wonderful stay! The location is easy to get to from the highway, in a quiet neighborhood, and has great places to walk. The open floor plan on the main floor is great for a group. We had Thanksgiving dinner at the big dining table and played games and did puzzles around the big couch next to the fireplace. The house is nicely decorated and the hosts went above and beyond with fancy smelling soaps and fall decorations. The kitchen was nicely stocked. We definitely recommend this place.

Seattle Visit with kids and grandkids

Awesome property very close to our son and his family in Steilacoom. Easy to get to Tacoma or Seattle and other surrounding areas. Comfortable, clean home with plenty of room for our four adults and one 12-year old. Kitchen had everything needed for cooking. Bedrooms were nice and the two full bathrooms were a plus. A great place to be - we will be back!

Comfortable and welcoming home!

This home is the perfect place to stay if you’re travelling with a large group. It’s so spacious and has everything you will need. It’s well equipped and everything is so easy to find. The hosts really went out of their way to create an warm atmosphere here. We highly recommend this to all, especially those with little kids or teenagers. Thank you to the amazing hosts. We appreciate it!

Best Place to Stat

The house was in a wonderful location, had a wonderful feel, and all the amenities a small, young family could need. I recommend this place for anyone traveling to the JBLM area for any amount of time.

Fabulous Property

Our family loved staying in this beautiful home and found the location to be perfect! House was spacious with all the amenities we’d need. Bed and beddings were very comfortable. Close enough to Seattle and Tacoma, but this small community was quiet and provided a restful setting with great restaurants. Andy, the owner, provided excellent communication! He reached out early to ensure I had all we would need to access the home and provided helpful information for our stay. We were in town for a family wedding and I needed to ask him a few questions, he was quick to respond, very accommodating and caring with his responses. We will absolutely stay here again and will recommend this property to all our family and friends planing a visit to this area! Thank you so much Andy for sharing your home with us!

Still Exceptional!

This is our third stay at Andy and his wife's property in DuPont, Washington. Prior reviewers have described the property as Outstanding, Exceptional, etc.. Those ratings clearly continue to apply! Their attention to detail in cleanliness, convenience as to items available in the kitchen to make your stay like home, the washer and dryer upstairs, large refrigerator/freezer and dishwasher, plus the fireplace in the living room with the gas log all make your stay very comfortable and enjoyable. We will be back. .

Washington home

The amenities of the home met our needs. Traveled to be with military family and was able to enjoy dinners and family time. Great access to parks, trails and Puget Sound. The management of this home were quick to respond and delivered on resolution. We would highly recommend.
