Responsive host, nice smooth check in process.Property was huge, more than enough space for us. All rooms were clean and the swimming pool was a hit with all.The only issue was that certain aspects were a bit tired, but this didn't affect our overall enjoyment of our stay.

Location was near all the Disney parks which made the traffic bearable. Being able to go to the resort pool and water slides was a real plus. House is showing its age. Some outlets in the kitchen did not work. Pool area could stand a power washing. Some mattresses need to be replaced, you feel like you would fall off mattress due to the sloping. Could stock extra blankets in closet, some guests got cold during night. The size of house was great for our family vacation of 11 people.

Thank you for the thoughtful review, and we’re so glad the location, the resort pool and water slides, and the space worked well for your family of 11! We appreciate the honest feedback and are taking each item seriously. Input like this is so helpful, as we want every guest experience to be 5 stars. On the kitchen outlets, those are on a GFCI that can trip and is a quick reset. We’ll make sure the location of the reset button is clearly noted for guests. If anything ever isn’t working during a stay, please reach out to us right away, as we’re always happy to help and would have gladly sorted it out for you. Thank you again for staying with us. We hope to host your family again!

Valencia - If the house was as bad as you described, don't you think it would have showed up in one of the many reviews we have gotten. You told us you were going to leave a bad review if we didn't give you money back. And, you said you were going to send us photos, but you never did. There is a reason why you didn't send them to us - The house is nothing as you described.
