We are so pleased you enjoyed them as much as we do. Red Bird Cottage is a popular stay for families with children. Studies have shown that plants lift moods, and plastic plants are a pretty safe bet around children. Thank you for gifting the property with coffee filters just as someone else gifted the property with a hair dryer! We would like to remind guests that there is not a pool on property. There is a pool on the other side of the fence that belongs to the neighbor. For legal reasons we include "Swim at your own risk" on the welcome page in the event a guest makes a series of questionable choices that could result in injury and most certainly an eviction. Hi Cindy, We are so sorry to hear that you were dissatisfied with your stay. We work diligently to give our guests a great hill country experience, so we do not take this feedback lightly. Typically we only provide starter amounts of essentials and advise guests who request more to stop by a local supermarket for essentials they may need more of through out their stay. We are sorry that this was not made clear to you upon booking. We ask that guests clean up after themselves when departing to ensure our housekeeping crew is able to get their essential cleaning done while still remaining in an appropriate time frame.
