Home was just as advertised. Beautiful views across the back deck. We did not have neighbors on top of us and no one behind the house. Home was clean and well appointed. Enjoyed our stay and will book again!

Beautiful cabin and location

We loved our stay in Pagosa Springs at this cabin. The location is great! So close to town. Beautiful views from the cabin and such a quiet neighborhood with lots of deer. The cabin was very spacious and clean. Kitchen well stocked with everything you need. We loved the downstairs with pool tables, hot tub and the outside area. We would highly recommend this cabin!

This house was definitely the mountain experience I was looking for! The house held 5 of us very comfortably, and would have held more if needed. My favorite part was the patios, both upper and lower to keep you out of the sun/rain, and that there were no visible neighbors. The road was a little loud, and the inside stairs were a bit tricky, but other than that, we enjoyed our stay.

Thank you so much for sharing your thoughtful feedback! We're thrilled to hear that the house provided the perfect mountain experience for you and your group, and that you appreciated the spacious layout and the privacy it offered. It’s wonderful knowing the upper and lower patios added to your comfort, allowing you to soak in the serene surroundings regardless of the weather. We truly appreciate your comments about the road noise and the stairs. Your observations help us pinpoint areas to improve so future guests can have an even better experience. It was our pleasure to host you, and we’d love to welcome you back the next time you’re seeking a peaceful mountain getaway!
