Cozy rustic cottage located in beautiful Colchester Ontario! Chardonnay Bay offers 2 bedrooms and a loft accommodating 6-8 people. We have a total of 3 queen beds, one in the master, one in the loft and one in the sleeper sofa. We also have a second bedroom which has a single bunk bed.

We offer a fully stocked kitchen with all the essentials plus more! We also have full size washer and dryer for our guests.

Out back you’ll find a nice stamped concrete patio with a hot tub, seating area and bbq!

Within a minute walk away you’ll arrive at Colchester Beach, the marina, park and splash pad with washrooms and food concession!

A couple minutes down the road you’ll find Windsor EPIC wine country with over 18 wineries! 3 within walking distance!

Everything was as advertised, very clean and well appointed. The location is fantastic, close to restaurants and Essex wineries. Sarah and Joe are great hosts. Thank you!

Wonderful stay in a cute little home

Terrific stay at a wonderfully put together little home. My son saw the loft and immediately claimed it as his own. Everything from the coffee maker to the hot tub was well maintained. If visiting family in the future, we would definitely stay here again.

Perfect family getaway

The property is well situated. The beach, water feature and play structure are minutes away. Of special note for young children is the field directly behind the cottage that is safe and perfect for play. The cottage is well appointed and the living area is spacious for family living. A lovely spot!

Can't wait to come back.

Our trip was short but sweet at Chardonnay Bay, had everything we needed plus more. Sarah was amazing she always had a quick response to any questions I had. We enjoyed the small pleasures of Harrow and will be looking into another trip again this summer at Chardonnay Bay. Thanks again Sarah and Joe for everything I hope you enjoyed our special gift for being amazing Host.

Chardonnay Bay

This place was way better than we could’ve imagined. We had so much fun in our short stay. Was nice to walk inside and have a personalized message on the chalkboard. We walked to the beach, playground and splash pad everyday with the kids (5 minute walk). Owner was very quick to communicate throughout and just went above and beyond our expectations. We will be back!

Our family had a great stay at the cottage. The location was definitely the highlight, within easy walking distance of the beach, park, and splash pad, which made it perfect for keeping our kids entertained throughout the trip. Along with the fun "new to them" toys at the cottage. The cottage was really cute, but maybe could use a deep cleaning. The beds were comfortable enough for a good night's sleep, and the bedding was especially nice. The host was fantastic and responsive whenever we had questions. One small area that could be enhanced is the kitchen setup. While there were basic utensils available, a few additional cooking and serving tools would make meal preparation even more convenient. Overall, it didn't take away from our enjoyable experience. We'd happily consider returning.
